It says that I need to update: Exort Custom Post UberMenu WPBakery Visual Composer But when I try it says that these pages can not be found. But I bought the version for Wordpress yesterday. It is not the html version. Is Exort compatible with WooCommerce 3.2.2? This is what it says:

Hello, I just noticed that you have a bug in your template. For your navigation, when viewed on a tablet (col-sm) device, the navigation does not work correctly. If you click on any of the drop down options for “Home” it opens and jumps to the “Pages” drop down. This is happening even on your demo site. Any idea how to fix this?
Hi, may i know what tablet device you are using?
It happens on any tablet sized device and even if you just scale the browser width to tablet size, the same bug will happen. You can do it on your own demo site. Scale the browser to tablet width, click on the menu, click on “home” and then click on any link in the dropdown and you’ll see how it jumps to the next menu item instead of going to the link.
We just tried at our ipad, but we are not able to found the issue you have mentioned.
Please take a look at the video provided. This is using your own demo site and scaling the width of the browser to tablet (col-sm) view. You’ll see that when clicking on links with one layer of dropdown in the mega-menu, it goes to the next option. Please help me to fix this. Everything perfectly works, i just have a problem with the contact form. I have 2 contact forms on my website, one with a external configurator which works, and the other is yours. Good Morning. I use Visual Composer on all my websites. I have purchased and installed your Exort theme for one of them, and when I activate it, some Visual Composer options like the “Media Grid” or “Masonry Media Grid” disappear. They are elements that I use daily. With the default template everything works fine.

We try to put the embed Vimeo code or Youtube code:

and it doesn’t work, no video appears into the page of the blog post and neither in the blog post carousel. It’s looks like a trouble with the template.

When I try to insert a video from vimeo, video post settings don’t work. I’ve proved with different videos. In the end, I’ve tried to choose standard format (instead of video format) and insert the vimeo code in HML. The problem with this is that we don’s see the video in the directory of news and we’re obligated to add and see an image before the video.

The link is: https://vimeo.com/223769560. As I’ve explained before, we’ve tried standard format (instead of video format) and insert the vimeo code in HML. Is the solution we’ve founded because the video option doesn’t works. We’ve proved with another videos and doesn’t works as well.
Basically, you just have to insert the code below into your HTML, the video should be work

Since we can’t found any code reference about vimeo from the link you provide, so we can’t really get any hints.

In ‘sidebar-menu’ – is there a way to open ‘side-sub-menu’ on pages in an active category?
At the moment all ‘side-sub-menu’ links are closed – it would be good for ‘side-sub-menu’ links to auto open when any link page is viewed.
Is there a change on the main.js file that can be made to do this?

You can add it to a tag after .first-level and add a display: block inline style to .side-sub-menu as well.

In smaller responsive mode, the side menu is open on page load and it covers the main content.
Is there a way to close the menu on these smaller screen devices so the user can see the content?

Hello. I purchased the Exort template from Themeforest and constructing a site with it. I am using the ‘index agency new loader’ html file as the base template. We’re just about completed with everything except we have one small problem. The navigation buttons at the top do not take you to the exact sections of the page perfectly. It scrolls just a little too far beyond the text.

In the original template that you constructed it also does this, ‘Services’ takes you the right spot but the ‘About’ section takes you to the middle of the section.

if you think the gutter is too big between strategy and consumer, you can change .section class at strategy tag to .section-no-btm too reduce the gutter
That fixed the problem. Thank you so much. Now I have one other smaller issue to fix if possible. I noticed on the mobile version the ‘Consumer’ image that I have in place loads before the proceeding text. Is there any way I can make it load after the text instead. It’s fine for desktop though. Thank you.
