And there are some functions in WPBakery that are hidden. According to the WPBakery support, it is due to a variable called “vc_remove_param”. Hence, we would like to know:
1) How can we change it.
2) If we can change it, how does it affect to the rest of the template.

I want to install the “simple”-Demo. Unfortunately it is not installed and instead the magazine is installed. I tried the plugin as well the download link in the documentation exquisite.sveccdesign.com/imports/demo/simple/imports.zip both ways won’t work.
Please provide me the right demo import file.
Would do I need to do before importing again?

I really like the theme but unfortunately I have an issue with my hero image. When I scale my browser the image is not fitting to the window and on mobile devices it’s moving around when I want to scroll down with my finger. What I want is that it is a fixed image that is not movable and always fits the window size.
Hi Mat, glad you like my theme! This is happening because you’re using a slider for hero. You can use a Visual Composer section element with a background image or color, and add a Heading element in it. I hope it helps!

Unfortunately, you can’t do that with Visual Composer. You have a third option though, upload a featured image to that page and make sure to check Page / Layout / Hero Image with Title option in Customizer settings.

I use the template as a One Pager so I would like to scroll smooth through the site when using an anchor link. Currently it just jumps to it’s destination. So what do I have to change, that it will scroll smooth?

Thank you for purchasing our theme and I’m glad you like using it! Smooth scroll hasn’t built in the theme yet, but you can try using some plugins.

I’ve recently purchased your theme. However, I’ve been having some issues with the content slider and gallery. It seems no matter what size I set the images or the slider / gallery the images all turns out to be pixelated. Are the any specific resolutions I need to set the images for these two elements?

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, you can try it again, the manual import should be fine now. But, it’s not necessary, because only the featured images are missing and you need to change them anyways.
Services page mobile/desktop question: this page https://exquisite.sveccdesign.com/agency/services/ opens fine on desktop and mobile. you can see the photos on desktop and on mobile too. But same page using the theme itself does hide the photo entirely on mobile devices. So how you guys have you done the photos on the demo site for mobile ?
You have a half white half image background, you need to add a “hide-background-on-mobile” to the section, so you won’t see it on mobile. Also, you need to add a “Single Image” component with only the image part from the background and add a “hide-on-desktop” class, so it will be disabled on desktop.

I have 3 sliders and I have noticed that looping through all sliders is ok, until the last one is reached. It takes a bit time to restart all over from slider 1. Why is that and how is controllable ? I have changed under slider-item.php line 111 “slideshow” from false to true. I am using 1500ms for “animationSpeed”. Any ideas ?

Hi, you need to buy WPML license, but it’s simple to setup. WPML is not included in the theme that’s why I didn’t included it in the demos.
WordPress 5.X is supported, there wasn’t an option to add to the list back then. You can easily do the rest with VisualComposer or using other plugins.

I have a question regarding Agency Services, section image. I want to use and add similar images like exquisite.sveccdesign.com/agency/services/ for example: the image associated with Brand Identity. How on earth you have added the image associated for the Brand Identity ? Is that an image which contains half part white background, and rest the image ? I tried to edit using WPBakery (Section, Design Option) but I see there a photo which contains white part and some dark area … Any ideas ?
Hi, you have to upload an image that has a half-white part. Unfortunately, this is the only way to achieve this layout with Visual Composer. To make this work on mobile you need to hide the background image on mobile.

I mean the customisations, you see.. I’ve been testing the speed of the site on mobile and desktop, and there are a lot of Render blocking resources within CSS and JS that delay the render of the site up to 5.4 seconds..there are many different CSS files running the show. So I’m wondering if this can be resolve with an update of the theme? And If that update will remove the customisations I have done until now…?
If you made changes in the code and you update the theme your changes will be lost. Otherwise not much has changed in the theme, bug fixes and plugin updates mostly.

Happy New Year everyone. We have a question: how can we make a bit of changes for Agency layout ? We want to remove from each slider the scroll down icon (no need to show an icon that we need to scroll down to see further on the page) with something which will show the slider number, like 2 dots for 2 sliders or 3 dots for 3 sliders etc…
Such way we wont need to have navigational side icons to navigate between slides.
How can you do that ?

Unfortunately, you can’t update it automatically (you must buy your own WPBakery license for that) but you can do it manually.
The latest release v5.6 is included in the theme, after you download it, you can find “visual-composer.zip” in the Plugins folder.
There are two ways you can update it manually: 1, Deactivate and delete your old WPBakery plugin from your admin panel and upload the new one 2, Connect your site via ftp, navigate to wp-content/plugins and override the files
Understood. I updated WPBakery using the file in the plugins folder and is still the version 5.4.7 that now doesn’t work. Was version 5.6 included with the install after a certain purchase date? Could you supply me with the current version?
You have to download the updated theme, you will find the 5.6 in it.
