Hello, I have downloaded the template more than once ( All files & documentation – Installable WordPress file only) and each time I am faced with uploading the theme in the WordPress dashboard backend in the Firecqmp Femo Import step as there are a lot of warnings ( Failed to import different features, pluggings, details, etc). Here is a screenshot of the exact errors that I am getting.

I downloaded the template and everything is working fine but after a while the courses section in the home page is not shown, I checked it and it is in the backend but I need to know the reason why it is not shown in the home page and how to show it again?

I haven’t updated any plugins and the website always broke whenever I update any content, I have already checked everything and tried to remove and reupload the theme more than once and the issue still there. May I know the reason why this happens and how to solve it?

Hi, we use your tempate, it’s really nice. Rearding the events, in all events view it display wrong dates, howeves the written dates are written correct. Another thing, we can’t filter the event descenting or ascending list beacuse it can’t make difference between years, only months. Can you please give advise to fix these? thanks

Hello, I just purchased the theme and when I tried to import, I got an error (An error occurred from fetching file from ../wp—content/themes/firecamps/ocdi/firecamps-content-xml.

The theme is not supported with the latest version of the WordPress. It supports up to 6.0.x. Changing back to older version of the WordPress will fix the issue.
Good day, if I downgrade the WordPress version to, it returns the below error for 2 of the required plugins (Contact 7 and Woocommerce) -

I think your contact 7 and Woocommerce version got updated. The supported Contact 7 version is 5.7.2 and Woocommerce version is 7.2.2.
You can still use the latest version of WordPress by fixing these 2 small changes mentioned here. Or if you can email me your server’s FTP account I can fix it for you.

If I deactivate the Plugin , Site running , But home page Image didn’t displayed also Event Content is not displayed. I just renewed the 6 months extension support. Hi, it seems that the rollback has caused some conflicts with other plugins (e.g. Happy Elementor) several parts of the web to does not seem show up.
Hopefully updating our theme to the latest version of Elementor will fix the issue, which we have plan for soon.

It is working now. Looks like the ‘AF Element’ plugin did not get updated when you updated the theme. To fix it, we deleted AF Element plugin and install it again when the prompt appeared in the admin: https://prnt.sc/I6lPrm1wgbbW
Hi, I’ve been recently experiencing some issues with product.
In short, I’m unable currently to access my website. It would show an error message every time I try to access it. I was still able to open it yesterday but web was experiencing severe long loading time and some elements also seem to have gone missing. I’d appreciate your help.

Looks like there is a conflict with the latest version of Elementor. Please rollback to 3.5.6 from Admin > Elementor > Tools > Version Control > Select 3.5.6 > Reinstall v3.5.6. Let us know if you still see the error.
