HI, I just purchased and already off to a bad start which seems to happen every time I buy a theme through envato.

I have installed the theme and want to install the child theme as it states in your documentation. Although it references the child theme there is no link to download it. Where can I download it from?

I tried to place a support ticket but it keep saying I have not filled out all the fields but I have. So can someone urgently tell me how to download the child theme.

Please expedite the refund.

Hi webosauruscomau, we replied to your refund request on the same request. Apparently you’ve made a refund request because you couldn’t find the theme files and couldn’t update the plugins.

You can’t leave reviews because you’ve asked for a refund, which has been replied.

I see in your reply is shown that files are there, and updates for WpBakery are available as requested.

We have 5 stars because we reply within less than a business day to all requests and comply with the software requirements.

If you complain because a file is not there, but the file is clearly there, it means a refund is not due, since we filled our requirements within quick times.

Once a software is installed, and there isn’t any evidence of any issue on our behalf, a refund is NOT due.

I also see you have no familiarity with reading the documentation and using softwares properly. Which explains why your complaints.

Hi, we have added static cache to the demo and the shop is in sandbox so it’s expected to work like this. On a live instance, you should make sure private cache is disabled so sessions are not cached and cart is not cached.

Header and footer can be customized from the customizer, in terms of fontents, colors, logo, buttons, socials. There are about 150 options in the customizer.

Bonjour, il n’y a aucun problème car nous avons mis à jour les plugins pour la compatibilité avec WordPress. Assurez-vous simplement de mettre à jour les plugins également.

Visitor on my website (with mobile) dont know how to navigate in my website.. : explication :

My header, on the left, there is the menu (burger), and on the right, there is the big button (connexion). And they does’nt understand that they must click on the menu (burger) to navigate in the website..

i think the problem is that the menu (burger) is located on the left, of the “connexion” button.

When i activate the QantumThemes Plugins, such as the QantumThemes Mega Menu, the site crashes and I have to delete the plugins via phpmyadmin. I cannot fix it and have followed the installation manual. I would like a refund, this is not working.

yes, they are in appearance > reading, and in the homepage dropdown you can see the alternative Homes (Home – 02 and so on)

Sure you can edit them. In WpBakery you can change the backgroun images by editing the container rows.

The single contents, as posts for instance, are displaying the image loaded as featured image of the single posts.

Good day, one license can be used on one website. To install it on a new domain, a new license is required. For more information please check the Envato license terms, or contact the Envato customer support.

When I inform the license code in the new domain, the following message appears (I thought the license could be reissued, as stated in the message):

Error: your purchase code is already in use on another website, contact our helpdesk to reissue the license. Please contact us at info@qantumthemes.com

The Envato license key can be reused if: - You’re moving from a local or staging installation into a final location - Your domain changed TLD or protocol or from www to non-www (or opposite).

For what I see in the records of your code, the domain is completely different, which doesn’t allow us to reissue the code for another reuse (we would be infringing the Envato regulations).

I’m trying to disable Glitch on page headers but even after turning it off in the header customization, it’s still performing the glitch animation. How do I stop it if the customization setting isn’t working.

We have a new theme version in queue to be published in a few hours. Please make sure to update the theme and the plugins, and you will have no issues with the latest version of WordPress and PHP.

400 error when trying to import theme demo

Hello, this error normally means that your server goes in timeout. You can increase the max execution time, or just repeat multiple time the import until you see the success message.

I can no longer reply to a ticket in the support because I have the error message “The purchase code is not valid.” while my code is valid when I enter it in my Worpress on “Appearance > Firwl Activation" ! The name of my ticket QuantumThemes Helpdesk : "Activation Template & Import Demo Content".

Then when I add the activation code in the template, still from "Appearance > Firwl Activation”, I have the success message “Congratulations! Your purchase code was correctly verified!” but the template continues to ask me to activate it each time the admin backoffice page reloads with this message “Please activate your license to install the premium plugins and demo contents” even though the template was activated just before.

Finally, I just want to install the content demos to have the home Magazine but the import of the content demos is impossible because I don’t have the “Appearance > Import Demo Data” tab, probably due to the template activation problem .

I’m on a local environment.
