You can solve the problem by opening the file:
“9_ebook/js-files/custom.js”
and change the line “525” from:

$.fancybox("#hidden_pix_8");

To:

$.fancybox("#hidden_pix_9");

1) You need PHP and Apache web server to export html files, you can upload the builder to your online web server or install a local host software on your computer (to install the builder you just upload the files to server and point the browser to your URL, no additional configuration is needed).

2) All the sections and the predefined landing pages are fully responsive and mobile optimized.
