Excellent (helpful and fast) answers to questions. I made a few custom changes and support were helpful in advising how to make them. Sure, there are a few bugs but for the price it's really nothing to complain about considering how much you're getting and how much time it saves! If you raise a bug on the support forum they are quick to troubleshoot. I have no problem recommending this theme.

Top level support with this theme. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
A really nice theme with an easy click and drop page builder. The only issue is, that there are some major bugs. The mobile menu isn't working ( you have to reload the page that it works everytime) and now in every div there is a strange space which just appeared. The support is okay, but on a live site you just expect a theme to work. I still really like it and hope the devs will fix all the issues.

Good theme, but Spekular has a better, clean design.
Great theme, very beautiful and easy to use, but bugs keep coming up and it takes a lot of time to load the builder. Good customer service however, they have been very helpful!
I bought this theme and overall, I'm quite happy with how it looks and functions. Customizing it is fairly intuitive and there's a myriad of possible layouts to work with.
My only complaint is on few occasions (once a week or so) I get notifications from jetpack that the website is offline and I've never has this problem before...So I'm suspecting that it might be an issue with the theme.

I purchased this template thinking that it would make my job easier when designing the website, but it gave me more headaches than anything. Every time there's an update on their theme or "Codeless Builder" which is their main product, it always creates bugs. I have to redo my entire site at least 5 TIMES because everytime I have to update one of their plugins, my content DISAPPEARS and I have to restart OVER! This is not a joke - 5 times at least! Their customer support is not available during the weekend. At least the representatives respond to the questions I have and give me instructions on how to fix the issues, BUT there's always another issue after another! This is certainly not a perfect template/product. If I didn't have so much headaches figuring out why my content disappears all the time - AND WHY IN THE WOLRD DO I HAVE TO RESTART DOING THE SAME THING ALL OVER AGAIN!! - I'd totally give it a 5 stars for the functionality and user-friendliness. But because of all the bugs associated to the updates, I give it a 2 stars. I'd give it 1 but I've added another one for the help offered by the staff. I'm NOT purchasing this product ever again.

Have you download the latest version of the theme. There was a issue caused by the latest WordPress Version 4.9. Now is everything fixed and works perfectly.
