I won't recommend you buy this template unless you have a good understanding of WebDev and able you're able to do things yourself.
Because if you need the support team you'll end up waiting for 2 months with no clear solution in sight. Imagine having to tell a customer, sorry your website isn't working because your template builder isn't interested in fixing the issue.

I have never encountered a theme with so many bugs, weeks of work on a site will have to be redone using another theme.

Great support - great theme !
A lovely looking folio theme but many features in the codeless builder just don't work the codeless slider for example just places code into my live page and distributes huge images down the page, no slider functionality at all. So its fine if you just want basic, anything more clever look elsewhere. The PhotoMe theme for example is excellent and everything works.
Just the clean minimal look I was looking for and great customer support, they were quick to respond and willing to examine deeper to solve an issue I had initially with the installation.
My site is not working because of the codeless plugin which no longer works. I have to completely rebuild it. I have paid support as well, but not had any help!

I can find nothing in the interface or documentation that shows how to replace the default images with your own images. This makes the whole package useless to me.

- Codeless builder doesn't work well, it will not update the changes yo make!
- If you put 0 pixels gap between columns, well, it will be 1px in some random columns!!!
- Changed the gaps of 3 columns and then I had a critical error!
- You can't customize the number of columns on your portfolio, it can be up to 5!
- You can't customize the link on your portfolio items, so to open a new page, not mine, the one of my client!
My first two days experience and we go on!!!!

I have installed the Folie theme on my new website and it really is fantastic. The design, range of features available, build quality and even customer support are all fantastic, so there wasn't really one category to select!
It's even great that it comes with a pre-built child theme, so I can make any permanent styling changes I want to, without affecting the main theme.

Im really happy that I used this theme for a portfolio site (https://www.andreafapassion.space).
1) It has many very useful and easily customizable features.
2) And the free inclusion of the WPBakery Builder makes it easy to create good design without any code knowledge.
3) Im also happy that a child theme is included, as it has enabled my to customize CSS to fit some very specific design needs.
4) And last but not least I also have to applaud the amazing support offered by Azam, who did a lot to help fixing small bugs and wrote some really good code that helped me achieving exactly the layout that I wanted.

Excellent (helpful and fast) answers to questions. I made a few custom changes and support were helpful in advising how to make them. Sure, there are a few bugs but for the price it's really nothing to complain about considering how much you're getting and how much time it saves! If you raise a bug on the support forum they are quick to troubleshoot. I have no problem recommending this theme.
