What is the level of support I get when I purchase Fuse?
We provide answers for basic usage questions, suggestions and bug reports through our support ticket system at https://withinpixels.ticksy.com
Item comments can be used for pre-sale questions.
Submitting a ticket will put you on a line (first comes first served) so please be patient, we never skip any questions and will provide an answer to your question as long as the question is related and doesn’t go beyond our support scope.
Support doesn’t include any kind of customizations and we don’t accept customization requests but we tend to advise and do our best to put you into the right direction.
Support also doesn’t include any server side implementation questions as Fuse is an HTML/JS template and not a fully functional application.
All 3rd party modules and libraries being used in Fuse are for improving the user experience and making your job easier. Our support doesn’t cover 3rd party plugin customizations or bug reports since we have no control over them.
Support response time is 24 to 48 hours on weekdays (we usually provide answers way faster than this) but it may change depending on the time of the year (holidays, special events etc.) and the amount of tickets we get.
