For an admin template, this product is abstracted so well that it can be extended into almost any use case. It doesn't make too many presumptions about how you should use it, but it always provides an easy-to-use, effective default should you not want to reinvent the wheel for say, an API service.
In my opinion, the target demographic for this product is definitely _developers_ (read: professional programmers) who already know a fair amount of Angular v1. Even just cleaning up the demo would be difficult without that. But if you are a developer, and maybe not the best designer, then this could save you an incredible amount of time and I fully recommend it for any scale of project.
Awesome template, I only wish it was available in Angular v4
