Please, Where do I change theme color, and the button colors, I have tried the Livemesh widgets and it still wont change.
You can change the theme color in Theme Options->General tab by choosing the custom color in the colorpicker for the ‘Custom Color for the Skin’ option.
Button colors you can changed in the page builder or in the shortcode itself. Pls go through the documentation for the button shortcode to know the colors available.
I have done all that and still cant change some colors especially buttons. this is like one of the hardest themes to customize I have bought from this market. unless you want it be just like demo. I have being going to through the css to make some simple edit. I am still hooked on trying to reduce the footer size for hours now.

My apologies but I don’t know how else to get in touch. I just renewed support but can’t log in to submit a support ticket because I forgot my password and your Lost Password link isn’t working. My question relates to Widgets. Since the latest Wordpress update, the Widgets screen doesn’t appear correctly and now I can’t create new sidebars. Thanks for your help.

1) Multiple logos not supported.
2) You can import the demo site entirely. Most videos are hosted on YouTube and if the author provides rights, you can display them as backgrounds of your sections.
3) Transparent menu header is supported.

Not CSS – in the page edit window, you can set the option of “Header Type” to Overlay and that will make the header transparent. The first section of the page will be pushed up to occupy the header space. Kind of like what you see here – https://www.livemeshthemes.com/cosmic/.

On your demo site, the section with 4 icons, content, and a phone to the left, is this a shortcode or a slider? Basically am asking if its easy for me to replicate!
Thanks for your interest. It is a combination of two slider shortcodes at present. Should be easy to replicate by just changing the image URL in the page builder.
Hi this is a great theme im having issues with the visual editor where to we edit the images that are inside the phone itself. Where to I go? I went the page it self and only see the code. ive installed the ‘Page Builder by SiteOrigin’ but still see code. Looking inside the slider menus I see only the main header slider. Please advise? Fumbling for hours, theme seems dynamic but pretty hard to use. Documentation kit is too TL;DR. Simple features like header height and hero image height changes aren’t readily available. This is too clunky for a non-web developer.
App Home page doesn’t load. It seems this is the demo site but it just doesn’t load. #fail

Hi, i am having issue using revolution slider on the App home. The site keeps going down each time i activate the revolution slider. please what can i do? i dont like the flex nor nivo, i want the rev slider.

I cannot see any Revolution Sliders. If I try to preview one, it’s blank. If I add it to my page, it’s blank. Any ideas?
Fyi, I already have Revolution Slider, so I used my purchase code so I can add premium templates. I’m wondering if that’s why these are blank and I can’t use or preview them.
That cannot be the reason why it would be blank. Did you import the slider from the zip file provided in revolution slider setup folder? If you did, we need to take a closer look at this. Since you have a personal license, can you pls check with Rev slider support on this?
If they cannot resolve this (they are good at hiding behind excuses like this is theme’s problem etc. – at least that has been our experience), can you pls post the issue to the forum – http://support.portfoliotheme.org/forums/forum/fusion-theme-support/ and provide us a temp login to the site?
I figured it out. When I entered in my purchase code in the plugin, so I can get some of their templates, it asks me to update the plugin to the latest version. When I do that, the slider doesn’t work on my site. I deleted the plugin and re-installed using your auto installer, and it worked fine again. However, if I update the plugin to the latest version, it doesn’t work again.
I can’t figure out how to contact tech support or post a new topic in the support forum. I seed support just to get support… FRUSTRATED! My support need has to do with the visual page editor – Text editor is working, SiteOrigin page builder is working. But visual page builder is not working. This includes all variations of the visual page builder. For example, when working in SiteOrigin, if i add the widget for SiteOrigin page builder, it also will not allow me to enter text or edit content in those sections. It worked the first time I clicked on it, but broke after saving the page. I opened an existing page and could see the old site content in the visual editor, converted the page to SiteOrigin, then when i clicked to edit that page content, the visual editor was broken and it broke site-wide. The same page content was no longer visible or editable. The content is still present and can be edited in text editor. But the visual editor has been totally nerfed. So something in this template doesn’t like the visual editor. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for your interest. I guess you are referring to the “Explore the Features” section. This should be possible with Fusion. Even if you have trouble with adding that many icons, you should be able to create multiple sections instead of just one (the demo site has two sections) to help achieve the same effect.
thanks i was thinking that too. but is there a way to remove/ disable the long texts (description) from showing below the icons. so that only the icons and the name/label of the feature shows.
You can always hide anything via simple one line CSS. Removing any element is not an issue.

Hi, great theme. Have a pre-sale question. I’m trying to decide between Fusion and Agile. 1)Does Agile have the same “Showcase” slider feature that Fusion has? 2) With this same “Showcase” slider feature on Fusion, would I be able to use a different device slider other than the phone? 3) The only thing holding up my purchase of Fusion is that I really like the top section up to Showcase on the App Showcase demo. Is there a way to recreate these sections on the Fusion theme?

1) Agile does have device sliders all updated as seen here – http://portfoliotheme.org/agile/smartphone-sliders/ although it does not have the features syncing with the slider as seen in Fusion.
2) You should able to use a different device slider other than phone. If you have issues, pls let us know and we can get that addressed.
3) The App Showcase section at the top in Agile can be partially recreated in Fusion. The top ticker is not present in Fusion but the features and phone section can be recreated easily using SiteOrigin Page Builder columns.

Thanks for your response. I need to go with Fusion because I want the device slider to sync with the text slider. Here’s my last question. Basically, what I want to accomplish is having the top menu bar seen in the Fusion App home, but then have the top image with phone slider (with the phone partly over the image) as seen in Agile App Showcase demo, with the features on each side of the phone, then the Showcase Your App section in Agile, then the rest use the Fusion demo. Is this possible? It looks like the main image section on Agile is Slider Revolution. Is this correct?
Also, for the icons that sync with the phone screen, am I able to add my own?

I checked your site on pingdom and it seems to perform well – twice tested and loaded within 1.2 to 1.5 secs. Have you also tried minification feature of WPRocket to see if that improves things?
Also, you should be aware of performance limitations of revolution slider plugin as documented here – https://blog.wp-rocket.me/fastest-wordpress-image-slider-plugin/. Performance was one of the reasons we avoided using revolution slider plugin for our recent Cosmic theme. May be switching to another slider plugin will help boost the speed more if you are still worried about the current speed.
Very nice template. and it works great. But i want to change the icon for the iphone slider. Can somebody help me out? step by step or white a info website. Can’t find any handfull information.

I am trying to install the theme through the wordpress (4.6.1) uploader in the theme section … (file: themeforest-10532365-fusion-mobile-app-landing-wordpress-theme-wordpress-theme) and it always end with a cryptic error message: Are you sure you want to do this? with a link “Please Try again.” . The link leads back to the theme page where the fusion theme is NOT installed. Any help would be welcome as the theme is useless for now. Thanks
You need to upload the fusion.zip file inside the file themeforest-10532365-fusion-mobile-app-landing-wordpress-theme-wordpress-theme.zip. That would be the theme file.
Pls unzip the above file and you should find the readme file as well as theme file to upload. Thanks for your purchase.
