I am interested in purchasing the Construction & Building Industrial WordPress Theme and need some clarifications before proceeding (maybe not all questions are existed in your theme):
1. Demo Import & Page Selection
If I import the demo content, will my site look exactly like the live preview, including all sections, fonts, colors, and layouts? Do I have the option to select specific pages or sections to import instead of the full demo? For example, if I want only the homepage from Demo 2 and the about page from Demo 3, is that possible? Can I build my site page by page, selecting sections individually, or is the demo only available as a full import?
2. Homepage Setup
After importing the demo, how do I set a specific homepage? Some users have reported getting a “404. Nothing here” error when trying to edit with Elementor. How can I prevent this? If I import multiple demo homepages, can I switch between them easily without breaking my design?
3. Customization & Elementor Issues
Are all sections of the theme fully customizable with Elementor, or are there any limitations where I need to modify theme files manually? Some users have reported conflicts between Elementor and the theme. Have these issues been addressed in the latest update? What is the best way to prevent errors like the “recent-projects-widget.php” fatal error when updating the theme and Elementor?
4. SEO & URL Customization
How can I remove “blog” from the URL path? For example, instead of https://website.com/blog/project/fleche-blanche-elementor/, I want it to be https://website.com/project/fleche-blanche-elementor/. Does the theme support custom SEO-friendly URL structures without requiring additional plugins?
5. Performance Optimization & Dynamic Elements
Does the theme include performance optimization features (lazy loading, caching, or minification), or do I need to install external plugins? Some users reported issues with dynamic text in Elementor moving content up and down unexpectedly when scrolling. Has this issue been resolved, or is there a setting to fix this behavior?
6. Plugin Compatibility & Updates
Are premium plugins like Elementor Pro or WPBakery included, or do I need to purchase them separately? How often do you release theme updates, and are plugin updates included? If I experience issues after updating Elementor, do you provide fixes quickly, or would I need to manually adjust the theme files?
7. Contact Form Issues
Some users mentioned that the contact form is not working, even after switching to other form plugins like Forminator. Is this a known issue, and what is the recommended solution?
8. Video Background & Media Issues
Can I use a YouTube video as a background for my homepage? If so, how do I ensure it loops continuously without showing random video suggestions when it ends? Some users reported that videos do not display correctly on mobile devices and instead show a blank background. How can this be fixed?
9. Theme Support & Troubleshooting
If I face issues after purchasing, how quickly can I expect a response from your team? Are there any known compatibility issues with WordPress updates or third-party plugins?

1. Demo Import & Page Selection Absolutely! Our theme includes a simple One-click demo data installation, which allows your site to look exactly as on the theme demo. This option is available with the full demo data import option. You may also use Partial demo data import – it allows you to choose specific demo pages to be imported. Selecting the specific sections is not available in the demo data import.
2. Homepage Setup Sure! You may select the desired homepage as a front page under Settings > Reading after full demo data import. The theme is compatible with the Elementor builder and there should be no errors/problems with editing the pages. As a rule, 404 errors are related to the server configuration and can be addressed by your hosting provider.
3. Customization & Elementor Issues Theme demo content is built with the free version of the Elementor plugin, which is fully compatible with the theme. All demo pages can be edited with this editor, including custom posts. We have tested the theme and were unable to find any conflicts with this plugin. There’s no need to edit the theme files unless you want to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the item page.
4. SEO & URL Customization By default, we do not include /blog/ in the post slug – https://gable.themerex.net/kitchens-and-dining-rooms-become-more-expensive-yet-beautiful/ It depends on the permalinks structure and can be changed under Settings > Permalinks. You will need to install a SEO plugin for website SEO configuration.
5. Performance Optimization & Dynamic Elements The theme offers basic optimization settings – https://prnt.sc/Ng9fUYciIYYh , for advanced website speed optimization, you will need to install additional plugins. We haven’t received any complaints/reports regarding dynamic text in Elementor
6. Plugin Compatibility & Updates The theme is bundled with the free version of the Elementor builder, PRO version is not included in the theme package. We release theme updates as needed, depending on the nature of the changes—this can include both minor improvements and major feature additions or fixes. While there’s no fixed schedule, we ensure updates are released whenever necessary to maintain compatibility, security, and performance. As for plugin updates, we include updated versions of the bundled plugins as part of the theme updates when applicable. If the issue with the Elementor update is related to the theme, it will be addressed by our Support team.
7. Contact Form Issues Contact form functionality depends on your server settings. If the wp_mail function is supported on your server, there should be no issues with using this plugin. If it’s not supported, you will need to install and configure SMTP plugin to make it work properly.
8. Video Background & Media Issues You may insert a YouTube video as a background using in the Slider Revolution plugin, which is bundled with the theme. Alternatively, you may set a video background in the Section settings using Elementor builder. Please note that these settings wil be applied to a specific section, not the entire page. We haven’t received any complaints/reports regarding the plugin functionality on mobile devices.
9. Theme Support & Troubleshooting Support time schedule is Monday – Friday: 10.00 – 19.00 CET. We answer all questions within 12-24 hours, however in some cases a slight delay may occur due to our team analyzing and fixing the issue. Please note that we do not guarantee full compatibility of your theme with 3rd party plugins. Making a theme compliant with the plugin may require additional customization, which is not included in the support service.
