I bought this theme back in 2020, I noticed then the purchase code would drop out ever so often. Right now the purchase code has dropped out again and the theme is asking for it to be added but I’m getting a message saying “Sorry, there is some problem with connecting to Envato API. Try again later”. I treid opening a ticket on your site but it gives a rate limit exceeded message. I need access to this theme’s Theme options. Can you help?

Please advise – we have a critical time issue on getting this template 100% working and there are issues which are clearly not solvable on our end as it is likely to do with the template script or a combination of possible plugins issues itself which mayb not be interfacing with the server correctly.

There is clearly something not connecting properly and we’ve re-installed this 2X to the same effects. Our tech people are really pretty good and it’s not making sense why and only you folks will know this templates behaviors more intimately.

If we cannot get this working 100%, we have to scrap this template and go with the php rev instead which we have and really don’t want to.

1) I get a 404 for Appearance > Customize. It works when I deactivate SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. But that breaks my home page layout where I use the Posts List Widget. 2) I’ve had this problem for quite a while, and can’t get to the support site. Theme not accepting Purchase code although redux is enabled. Is this because my support has expired?

All of a sudden the monthly event calendar (via shortcode) no longer shows any events on one of my sites. I can still see events if I use the event template. Any ideas?

Love the WP capabilities but we have a highly specific use for this possibly and have an extremely advanced booking software we’re interested in merging into the template.

Your other theme Born to Give is an even more ideal them to use however lacks many of the features this theme offers and thus trying to sort out if we can even use either of these themes or combine some of the features.

Due to the nature of our works, security is the number one issue and anything with wordpress is extremely vulnerable to many types of security issues.

The other side of this is very high volume and the issues WP brings when you’re dealing with 10+ million users/eyeballs on a month to month or weekly/daily basis. Our last project was a news marketing oriented site and were tracking over a billion page views per year with 10+ million uniques per month and downloads in the hundreds of millions over time. This project is that and then some we suspect.

We require a dead simple set of parameters and speed of the site is going to be critical as well as being able to make the site highly secure and walling off any potentional for anyone to access the site in a public or blog manner. As in I want this theme to be able to be locked down with no ability to interact unless we control the channels of interaction.

We know many people want this type of interaction as far as being able to use their sites to generate blog activity and comments etc, in our case this simply cannot be allowed. We’re here to put information in hands and take orders/ book clients.

We will not be using anything google and want to remove all socials of all main types ie, FB/ Meta/Twitterx etc. We/re excluding all of them by intent and want to make sure we’re able to achieve certain goals.

These sites are dangerous to users in so many ways now and the censoring and destroying people because of their views or speech is intirely unacceptable. These companies have no place in an open and free society. NONE!

We are effeectively removing all national security players from our offerings and will not link to any of them nor ever use them. Google, Facebook, Meta, Twitter etc, all of them are US/UK/Israeli 5 EYES intel/DOD/CIA/ADL operations and they pose an insane risk to humanity going forward. We are simply terminating use of them.

Are you still updating this theme? I see the last update was in 2022. We received a notification that the Rev Slider plugin you provide via the theme has a vulnerability alert. Will we receive an updated Rev Slider version soon?

I have entered a valid purchase code and the theme is registered, but when I click Theme Options, it says, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” at this link: www.domainname.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=_options

I need to be able to make some simple font changes and cannot access the options. Is there a workaround?

GAEA Theme does not work with a major plugin on my site. I recently bought a new plugin for my site, Paid Member Subscriptions by COZMOSLABS- but the add ons wouldn’t show up after first disabling all my plugins and individually re-enabling (didn’t work), then second rolling back to wordpress 2017 default theme and disabling GAEA, the plugin works fine. My support is expired, but I never used it once when I had it and this is not a customisation I’m asking you to look into. Can you please fix this? Also each time I make any change in the WP Bakery the theme create lots of invisible frames in the text tab. The theme is up to date and so are wordpress and all my plugins.
