Hi, video must be in a full HD resolution: 1920×1080 or in 16:9 format. You can put video file in whatever location that you want but you need to indicate your video path in index.html file.

I did not get code to insert video in source of index file, there is only code to insert image. Could you suggest what code to add where in the index file , if I choose to keep video in images folder already given by you.

i believe I can just name video file as video.mp4 and keep it in images folder, no change in code if index file needed then. What are other supported fomats of video other than .mp4. Please update . thanks

Yes, you can rewrite video.mp4. mp4 file is most popular cross browsers format.

HI, every server (technology ASP, PHP…) has its configuration methods. The templates are sold on themeforest.com but no says configuration methods, I’m sorry you misunderstood.

This template is not coded properly for a 404 error page. It also has many errors- view in chrome with developer tools – when used as a 404 it cannot find the CSS to view properly. Please help to fix this me use working as advertised – 404 error template.

You should not sell templates that do not function as described. I will dispute Paypal and have complained to Them Forrest h via their contact info. All I asked was for assistance to make your product work as you have claimed it does.
