This is an HTML theme, not a WordPress or any other CMS product. So it’s impossible for this template.

Unfortunately the poll won’t work in the HTML version. We are not planning to make it work. As for the contact form, yes, the PHP script is used there.

The contact form works. The poll doesn’t work. In WordPress version it will work. We’re going to launch it within several days.
