after a few years we wanted to change the text placeholder “Search…” in the Searchfunction after changing it in the “searchfunction.php” nothing happens do you maybe know why? it also doesn’t show the normal Text “Type something”.

The “Search…” is used in the popup with the search form, placed in the footer.php in our theme. But I recommend you use the string translation methods instead of changing theme templates.

1. eCommerce is provided with the WooCommerce plugin. You can deactivate or even don’t install it.
2. We don’t have built-in support for review plugins, but you can use anything you want and add a few CSS tweaks so it will look in the theme style.

I am completely fed up with constantly having dozens of pages that are outdated woocommerce templates, I update to the latest version but this has always been a problem. This is a terrible theme if you don’t want to be nagged about templates in your admin panel all the time.

In short, our theme overwrites many WooCommerce templates for the shop to look pretty. WooCommerce may change the template version number after a small change, which does not do anything critical. And after this version number changes we see this notification. In most cases, you can just close and disable these WooCommerce notifications.

Hi guys, nice job with the theme, really congrats. I have a few questions, one of them is major, raised a ticket as well with the number #3059601. Anyways, currently stripe fields are almost absent, we can’t put credit card numbers into the fields. this is a major issue. Secondly, woocommerce pops up messages stating that many template files are outdated. Shared the full list in the support case. Lastly we receive a few images with the theme, are they royalty free if we want to keep them on the site? Best,

I would only recommended this theme if the Kirki Plugin was not such an issue but, there are alot of people that are having similar issues as myself. The theme works fine even with Kirki, but editing your theme with Kirki plugin which is required is just not possible. Kirki’s github people are having issues as well. Getting the latest version or downgraded versions still…cannot edit the theme. I love this theme to death which is the only reason for me to fork out so much money for it, but not getting the theme to edit is a killer for me.

Again another comment about demo data not importing. I have opened a case and no response. ... Error 0… Have tried every suggestion from the “manual” to no effect.
Manual install does not work either. Errors out when importing XML, Errors out when importing customizer.dat….

Sorry i wasnt clear. Im working on the ecomerce side of things and for each Item/Product it is only displaying the main image, i can add additional images but these are not displayed unless ive twiddled or tweaked something somewhere. Also apologies as im new to WP – my days of using Dreamweaver over 15 years ago are gone

Our theme changes the way in which displaying gallery on the product pages. Look at this page – https://wp.nkdev.info/godlike/product/women-tshirt/ , you need to swipe over the image to see the other photos.
p.s. it is not a problem if you don’t fully understand the new product for you (WordPress), especially when using 3rd-party themes

We don’t have any PHP configuration changes in the theme code. But make sure your server is not too weak, as it may not work correctly with WooCommerce, BuddyPress, and RevSlider.

It seems like the theme is breaking Chrome browser on the Age check. Chrome starts to lag heavily and the site stops responding. It tho works fine on FF.
