Hi, it is requesting that I update plugins WPBakery Page Builder & Advanced Custom Fields PRO. Without updating, it is causing a bug within the theme and Jetpack. These are the error’s I am getting and I am unable to access any of my pages:

Hi! First, update your theme to the latest version. Then update the plugins in the following way: Deactivate and Delete Plugins (WPBakery & ACF Pro) -> Go to Appearance -> Install Plugins -> Reinstall Plugins

I installed the sample data and installed all the plugins and everything looks correct except for the footer. It has all the correct widgets but it didn’t format the same as the Hank demo website with the four columns and contact form. How can I fix the formatting?

That fixed the contact form. I am also talking about the four columns that are the footer menu. On my site, they are just a long list vertically in the footer. It isn’t formatting into the four separate columns and all the text is white.

Hi, map is not working. I set up API key and location but the map is gray and developer console says: “InvalidValueError: setCenter: not a LatLng or LatLngLiteral with finite coordinates: not an Object” and “InvalidValueError: setPosition: not a LatLng or LatLngLiteral: not an Object”.

Hi there, probably a silly question but where do I register the theme so that it activates the premium plugins installed? Slider revolution doesn’t have any of the demo slides and asks me to upgrade, WP Bakery asking me to upgrade as well.
Hi! you don’t need to activates them to still use them normally, we always provide the latest version. You can update in the following way: deactivate & delete plugins -> go to Appearance -> install plugins -> reinstall plugins

I think there is something wrong, there are no pre-populated sliders on my side just the blank option to start a new module. Hence my confusion. Any advise? i’ll try reinstall the plugin.

Hello on our rev slider on home page on all three slides the demo buttons are showing but I don’t see those button layers in the rev slider software. Are the layers hidden?
