First of all create a backup of your site. Then install again the latest theme. You will get notify to replace current theme to updated files. If you accept your theme will update.

The theme comes with One click demo import. After setup the theme go to Appearance > Demo Import That is it. You don’t have to do anything. If you can’t then please setup a fresh WordPress and mail us your admin access. We will do the rest.

I purchased your theme recently. I cleared everything in Word Press, then activated the theme and downloaded and activated the plugins.
I wanted to start customizing my website. However I have a problem now changing the main menu. I tried adding and deleting pages from the main menu, but the result won’t show in the customizer.
I also tried uploading my own logo, and it won’t show either. I hope you can help me with this!

Hi! I purchased de Hanson Multipurpose Wordpress Theme and I have an issue trying to change the main menu style (the colors and fonts), I can change them and save it, but when I post it in the page, the menu is the same as it was. (the changes doesnt save)
The only thing I can do is change the logo and nothing more. I tried in two different servers and happens the same. Need help.

Are you using WP Mega Menu? If yes then please clear the cache. WP Mega Menu generate some cache that is why changes are not visible after changes has been made.

Every time I save settings in the customizer menu, it adds a side bar and a default banner to the top of any page I’m currently editing. It’s absolutely ridiculous and frankly, shocking, when paying for a premium theme. I refuse to pay more money to a developer to fix this, so I look forward to your swift response in getting this issue addressed for me. Extremely angry right now, as you can probably tell. Time is our only real currency, and I hate having mine wasted.

You or your hired developer didn’t check the documentation properly.
While you create a page then choose “Home Page Template” for your home page and choose “Full Width Page” to for other pages. Default Layout is only for Blog page.

Hi The WP Mega Menu is making me nuts !! I change and edit it no change appears ! it saves and everything but nothing happens its like its locked! I searched every where and found out it might be because of cache I tried and cleared the cache using a plugin W3 but still nothing shows or it shows half of changes !

Please turn off any caching plugin during customizing the WP Mega Menu. After changes hit CTRL + F5 in front end. You will get your result. If you face any problem then please let us know again.
I don’t have any caching plugin and there isn’t one in the theme ! Now I got to the point that I just want to make the menu a simple NON Responsive without the three line button ! just three texts I have only 4 menu and no submenu ! I even went to the CSS file in upload/ css it doesnt work
I did remove my cache and also the did the ctrl f5 to reload and empty the cache

1. We didn’t check that yet 2. We used WP Mega Menu to create mega menu. It has a lot of options though. 3. YOAST should be ok. 4. Contact form 7 ready 5. Should be ok. 6. You can use cache plugin whatever serve you most. 7. Yes 8/9. You have to use third party plugin to achieve this. 10. Please check the demo carefully. You will get what we built on demo.
