Yes add to cart is the main feature of WooCommerce and that is there in product listing page as per above demo but Wishlist is not available there as that is not the default feature of WooCommerce.

Yes, I know I can customize everything I want, but there are cases that make the responsive version is not so easy … Multiple menus in responsive, fixed / fluid bars, etc etc.

Anyway we do not have any setting in theme to block indexing and by default indexing becomes active as per WordPress standard if you have not checked “Discourage search engines” option during WordPress installation. You can review and uncheck it in admin backend here: Settings > Reading.
