I have this theme installed for a construction firm, and the ‘hamburger’ menu in mobile viewing is not activating the menu navigation but is instead putting solid black screen across the entire mobile site. If the Themeforest API key is inserted in the Customizer -> Heavico Options -> Settings, try removing it and that should allow installing plugins normally.

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that a week ago I put the API Key to enable automatic update. Then I remove it 2 days ago and then this happened.
So at the moment the API Key field is empty but I still cannot update my plugins… Any other solution?

Alright, is the username entered as well for the automatic updates? Both of the values should be empty and it should work correctly. If that’s not the case, let me know.

Thanks for the question. Try navigating to Settings -> Page Builder and tick the Projects, Positions, Services, Testimonials and click Save Settings. This will allow to use the page builder on these page types.

There’s an issue occurring on my website caused by this theme.
I’m unable to update WP or any installed plugin, it shows “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

In order to use a timeline, it is best to install some plugin for that.
However, you can also use more simple method for this by using theme elements, such as Tabs, Accordion or other.
Or, you can form the content by using blockquote element for heading and one or two for paragraphs and possibly an image. The layout example could be seen on the service inner pages:

It is possible to add one color bar on hover by adding the following code to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

}
Feel free to change the background color value and height to your liking.
It is possible to use different color for each menu item, this would require to target each menu item separately by using the ID of the menu item.

To change the boxes individually, you will firstly have to target them correctly. Right click on the desired CTA Box. Then, find the ID of the containing panel ( element) and use it for targeting. The example could be as following:

It would be possible with the following method. Right click on the first menu item and find the ID of the containing element, which should be something like: menu-item-8005, but with a different number value.
Then, add the following code with correct ID after the # sign to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

I was able to edit the border color of the single CTA box, thanks for that It was a problem of targeting.
