I recently purchased the HiMarket from ThemeForest, expecting a seamless experience based on its design. However, after extensive use, I’ve encountered multiple backend issues that have made it extremely difficult to work with. Despite my efforts to resolve these problems, the theme’s setup has proven inefficient for my needs.
I have purchased multiple themes from ThemeForest before and have never faced such challenges. Unfortunately, this theme does not meet the expected quality standards, and I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Given the difficulties I have faced, I would like to request a refund so I can purchase a more suitable theme for my project.

It seems you set WPthemego for the Department parameter while creating a new ticket. So, it requires the Order ID.
To create a new ticket on our support system, please choose Themeforest for the Department parameter. After that, please add purchase code in the Theme purchase code parameter.
