Just a quick question, I have disabled the admin bar in WP and now there is a white gap where this used to be?

I believe this is only for logged user, if you logout you will never see this.

I can’t as you haven’t added this theme to your list of products when trying to register for support. I’m disappointed I’m finding multiple issues with this theme

I have submitted hoping you can sort these issues out for me. Everytime I try and do something I find another issue.

There is an issue infact there are multiple issues, it’s like an unfinished product that should never have been released. I’m so angry right now, and I know there is no point contacting envato either as they won’t help. I contacted your support about 20 hours ago and now when I try to login to view the ticket it says your support is down for troubleshooting and duration unknown.

I wouldn’t mind if it’s the odd issue but this theme is riddled with issues.

1) The theme options settings part is missing a 2 whole pages of options, the portfolio and the settings to change colors etc like in your screenshot of this product.

2) The header is a mess and looks ridiculous when you are logged in with admin bar hidden, a white space where the admin bar was doesn’t need to be there and shouldn’t if the user chooses to hide admin bar.

3) The content of the pages is all over the place. Some of it scrolls over the header menu and some of scrolls under the menu zindex’s are all over the place.

4) The tables and other css look awful compared to what is used in your demo.

and too many other things to mention.

Could you just sent me an archive of your demo site so I can atleast get started with using this theme. What I have currently from you is un-usable.

Lastly: Why do you lie on your support page? It currently says: “We’re looking into some major delays happening on the server at the moment. Stay tuned…”

You use ticksy.com which is not a self hosted platform and ticksy.com isn’t experiencing any issues at all right now. So when you have finished making up fairy-tales about major delays on servers that don’t exist could you please deal with my support request.

Any of those authors are top elite authors, and they have same problem like ours.

But let’s go next, I feel all your frustration about not seing same results as our demo, but that just explain that you haven’t imported demo data, that will make your life much easier.

I perfectly understand that we have tons of shortcodes and it’s hard to understand what of them are for and what settings we need to setup to get same results.

Our Team support has suggested to give us credentials so we can check in more details and install demo data for you.

I believe with a bit of patience we will deal and manage all the issues that you’re facing.

I have imported the demo data however that wouldn’t make a difference to why some of the theme settings aren’t showing up. I’m happy to give you access and I will send you a message on here now. However you will see that the demo content has been imported, that’s not the issue it’s that it doesn’t work properly.
