In the recent WordPress Update 5.5, the jQuery migration was removed from the core files and our themes suffered some conflicts.
We are working super hard to have an update ready for the next week, meanwhile, please use this plugin to fix all the issues.
Those customers who haven’t updated WordPress yet, we highly recommend to wait till we release the update and only after that update your theme and just after that update WordPress.

I downloaded this theme on 7/31 and have had nothing but trouble. Installation errors continues to occur, even after I involved my tech team. None of the plugins will install.I’t not as simple and easy as the description states and what Im able to read here (which I did not do before purchasing), I don’t share those sentiments alone.

Lot of other issues i am finding, for example the child theme (after having to fix the initial install “send this to you in an email”) but the CSS overrides don’t override default styles…. have to !important them. Also, and hate to say it but the styling for layouts like header and its elements are not great dude! all fixed positions etc… it could easily been fixed up so responsive instead of having to manually set overrides for break points…
The css override issues are likely down to the child theme issues i raised with the paths not matching like foxhost/ and hostfox/ confusion
Why are so many elements using a negative margins to position…. there is no need for any negative margins!! come on dude!
Fixed heights on elements, relative and absolute positioned elements… then using media queries to set for different viewport sizes, most of css does not have any fallback / cross-browser fixtures for any CSS3 features…. simple example: border-radius, transform etc… nothing to help with -moz, -webkit etc… I give a good rating for design but the css, even encoding as built on mac so loads of whitespace on all files and multiple line breaks but apart from that rather sloppy across many things. I dont want to write this but simple things like this annoy me. If you want to have a chat over where and what is wrong with the standards etc… im happy to mate just let me know.
Also you tag your theme with “WHMCS” but it has no integration what so ever which is what i required so not sure why its tagged with that. Wont go on but mate so much im finding done badly, bugs and so forth! Want to help you get on the right path with how things should be done so dont take personally mate… if you want happy to advise and talk over with you. Bear in mind, ive built such sites as Barclays Bank, Epson, Vodafone, McAfee, Skype, Apple and i can name 100 more 
as i say happy to help you out mate or do something together… you have some really good UI design skills as thats good for me to say lol lets chat.

Hi, I am considering buying this theme but I am wondering to what extent is the graphic content included in the price. For example the header images which are used as a background for titles or the image in the dropdown menu when clicked on “Hosting” are very nice and would be one of the main reasons for me to buy this theme. - Can the topbar be deleted?
We’re working now on havign full customisation from theme option, in meantime you cna use custom css, is quite easy to do that.

I still can’t change many common things, please review your theme carefuly. Like this simple color

Those settings was applied for Buttons and other styles. You can see that that Orange color is different than red one.

The child theme does not activate because the template: field in style.css has the incorrect value. You may want to fix this up before too many others buy it.
We wil check it and sure thing fix asap.
No, this theme is IN COMPLETE, even a very common featured. Im disapointed when Envato left this kind of theme on their store

Why do you continue to lie to everyone. this isn’t an uncommon issue. 2 of us have bought this theme and two of us have this issue. I would say that makes it a definite issue and certainly not an uncommon one.
For any of you thinking about buying this please take into consideration the comments in this thread. Everything I have commented is still an issue. Despite theme author saying they will help and to email them my site details nothing has happened as of yet.
I would be happy if they just took a clone of their existing demo and let me have that so at least I could start using this theme but as it currently stands I cant. The css issues I can deal with myself (though i shouldn’t have too) but the issue with parts of them theme options panel not being there is a huge issue and should be addressed immediately.
Please don’t treat your customers in such a poor way

I am the owner of FoxThemes and I would like to public apologies for all the inconvenience.
First of all, we’re sorry for not being so responsive to your requests as we wish, we had and we still have issues on our ticketing support system that we’re using right now (fox.ticksy.com) and that causes a lot of issues, as delays in answers.
As a solution, we’re trying to migrate to another ticketing system to avoid in any next future that kind of experience. Our plan is to get on the new platform by next week.
We’ve worked on this project for about 400 hours and we put in this a lot of love and hard work. We do understand that there can be issues or small bugs but that’s part of any productions even on theme business, and as a goal is to do as many updates to fix all of them, and to make a perfect theme.
We’ve answered to our previous Customer MonaMedia regarding change Logo and change Colour that’s an uncommon issue because that really is, but on detailed look we’ve found that on ThemeForest was a different version than for example what was on our demo or on our testers.
I’ve seen that you’ve stated that we was lying and that’s not true, we will never do that for any kind of reasons. We really care about any of our costumers and we will do our best to satisfy them.
I can promise that we will do our best so you can get great experience using our theme and our support.
