Hi, I’ve got issues with my whmcs template that when order a domain SSL, its show noDomainRequired label but when using the default template its working fine. Any advice? Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for waiting.

Make sure you updated the WHMCS to the latest version 7.9.2 and you have the latest version of “Hostify” template.

There is a new version 7.10 from yesterday, we will update our template very soon and you will get the update.

Hi! How do I change my logo? I can’t seem to find that :(

Hi,

Just replace the logo files located in the “images” folder:
- logo_dark.png
- logo.png

Hi, this doesn’t seem to work unfortunately.

If you replace it and it’s not showing thats happening because of the cache, clear your browser cache and refresh the page.

Please send me your website URL to faisal@brandio.io

Hello, how do I do if the checkbox for automatic login on the login page is not displayed?

Hello,

Please send me you website URL to faisal@brandio.io

Thank you

Hello sir, when installing the whmcs style, a problem appears on the site, meaning that the css file does not exist . Is it possible to WhatsApp to send you a picture on an idea I have a whmcs version 7.6.1

Hello,

Please update your WHMCS to the latest version 7.9.2 and install the latest Hostify template.

And if you downloaded this template from Envato Elements we are not allowed to give support.

Thank you

Hi Support,

Could you please assist in troubleshooting the SSL order? Upon pressing the checkout button, it’s not going anywhere.

Also already confirm with WHMCS support, they switched to the default six template its working.

Thanks,

Charles

Hello Charles,

Please download a fresh copy of “hostify” and try it. Let me know if the issue still happening.

Thank you

Is it possible to add pages to the whmcs theme version? Example, such the pages provided in the html version. such as company, blog, domain list, server, map generator, etc.

Hello,

Yes, it’s possible to add custom pages to the WHMCS, we can help you on that.

Hi! This theme is great!

One question. Does this templete accepts multi-translantions? We have already managed to pin the geolocation and default browser language (at the search bar).

Would you be so kind to illuminite us on how to automatically translate the content site to its user language?

Thanks!

Hi,

About multi-language, the template is ready for that except the Homepage, Login page, Register page. We can help you on that.

And for the auto language selection based on country or browser language, there is a plugin to do that https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/3150

Thank you.

Where can I find similar cartoon-image to use to replace the one showing on the index.html page ?

You can use freepik for the images, thank you!

Hey Brandio,

I love the template. I almost have it completely implemented with my WHMCS installation. I am wondering if you have any content pages (about, our process, etc) in the pipeline. Additional page elements would be great to make the template more of a company website, in addition to a WHMCS template.

Thanks, Max

Hi Max,

If you look at the HTML version you will see there are more pages than the WHMCS version, for example, the about page.

You can create custom pages in the WHMCS and take the code from the HTML version and paste it in the WHMCS custom page.

Let me know what pages you want to add.

Thank you

When you replace the images or switch them around graphic1.png, graphic2.png and graphic3.png they don’t seem to be aligned correctly. Especially when I replace them with my own images they’re all over the webpage. How do I fix this? My new images are very close in dimensions. Take a look at this screencast when I switch your images around they are not aligned anymore to the page. This is really frustrating as I’m trying to make my template a little unique.

Hello,

Thank you for waiting,

The screenshot is not showing, please send me you website URL to faisal@brandio.io

I will fix it for you

I think I solved the problem so I removed this link. Can I send you a private message with the URL. Also the photo slider section in your documentation is missing.

Yes, send me.

We will update the documentation.

Thank you

Hello,

Amazing theme! Do you have an explanatory video of modifying the theme (such as colors, logo, text), or an installation video guide? We would really appreciate it :) Thanks you!

Hi,

Sorry, we don’t have video guide, but there is documentation. And if there is anything not clear we can help you anytime.

Thank you :)

I am very interested in purchasing this hostify template from you but I do have a few questions. Can I simply upload all files to my server to make it work, or is this something that can only work on WHMCS ?

Also, the feature says the images are not included. Are you saying all the images displayed on the demo won’t be there and I need to download and do my own image editing to have the images on there ?

Please advice.

Hello,

Thank you for waiting,
You will get “HTML” version along with the “WHMCS” version.

If you want the images I can send it to you by email.

Thank you

Hey, I have a question about WHMCS. I am new in hosting business. Before starting, I want to check all WHMCS feature and try to install the custom the WHMCS theme too. I have knowledge in other part. Is there any way to do that before purchasing? BTW, I have my own hosting and domain and want to test in my hosting. Thanks

Hello,

If you are using “Hostgater” you will get a free WHMCS, you can install it easily.

In our template you can login as a customer using this account:

user: test@test.test
password: 12345678

Good luck

Hello, can the theme’s login and registration pages be changed to Iofrm’s page? How to modify it?

Hi,

Thank you for waiting,

Yes, it can be changed to “iofrm”, but it needs some customization.

Please contact me faisal@brandio.io

Thank you

Good Evening

I need to modify the content of the template, but I don’t know how, I been trying different ways and I can’t also I want to. know if this template does not have ready made-content so I can install and start selling

thank you

Hi,

You have to modify the “tpl” files, the content that you have to edit are in these files: “header.tpl”, “footer.tpl”, “login.tpl”, “clientregister.tpl”

You can use any HTML editor like “vscode” and “brackets”.

Good luck

Hello – what is the status of the WordPress version? It would be great for the blog section and for making site wide changes vs updating every html page individually

Thanks

Hello! We actually going to resume the work on the Wordpress version as we got problems with approving it here in the market. We’ll let you know sooner than later if anything changes, thanks for waiting!

I was expecting instructions to install. I never installed a WHMCS template before and not looking for anything too complicated. If it’s not going to be an easy install and set up process than I would like to return for a refund. I’m currently using WHMCS & WordPress with the WHMCS bridge and for over the last two years having too many problems with plug-ins, not all being compatible with PHP versions and just causing too many problems with my WordPress site. So I’m looking to scale back and only use WHMCS. I’m looking for something clean and simple to install and maintain.

It’s better to use WHMCS only instead of mix it with Wordpress. The installation is very easy. It’s already explained in the documentation.

WHMCS Theme Installation

- Copy "hostify" folder to WHMCS templates folder. Note: for RTL layout copy "hostify_rtl" folder instead of "hostify" folder.
- Copy "hostify_cart", "hostify_horizontal_cart" and "standard_cart" folders to WHMCS templates/orderforms folder.
- On your WHMCS admin panel go to Setup > General Settings, choose the template "Hostify" and save changes.
- Go to Setup > General Settings then Ordering Tab, choose "Hostify Cart" and save changes.

Let me know if it’s easy for you or not.

Thank you so much
