Great template, versatile

Can anyone kindly reply to my previous message reply or, show me where i can changed the color to my taste.... or explain this steps below... better...

"For colors, go to live demo and open left aligned style customizer and add your colors and download css files then include in your html file"

I need to know the exact place or folder and/or section to include the css files for the color after changing it to my taste from the live demo and downloading it from the live demo... I need to know where exactly i will place it in my html file?, because i made some changes on the live demo and downloaded the..."skin.css" file and copy and paste it into the css and nothing changed...

I need proper explanations on how to do this OK... You guys should be patient and give me the steps and explanation correctly.
