We’re having issues with the header and social icons. We’ve tried importing templates like the music template, but the header doesn’t work either. When we add the social icons somewhere in the header, the link stops working (it’s as if they don’t have Luink).

The theme plugin – Hub Elementor Addons 5.0.8 has an issue: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected token ”;”, expecting “)” in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/hub-elementor-addons/elementor/optimization/widget-assets/rules/widget-options.php on line 335. This was resolved by rolling back to 5.0.7 for me.

I don’t understand which settings or where I can change the “titlebar” text in the “Classic Hub” template:
It should display the pre-page title, but the built-in “Service Detail” text is displayed. And the text I don’t know where to change: “We are here to answer any question you may have.” – does this need to be translated? If so, the “Loco Translate” plugin can’t find this text. Can you tell me where I can translate and change it?
And where is the word “Home” in the breadcrumbs translated?

I am using your theme with Elementor Pro and GeoDirectory. I am building a GeoDirectory listing template in Elementor.
The standard Elementor “Featured Image” dynamic tag works in the editor preview, but it does not display the image on the live listing page. We have confirmed the image is set correctly and have cleared all caches.
When I try to troubleshoot by switching to a default WordPress theme, the entire website experiences a critical error, which proves the site is dependent on your theme’s functions.
Can you please let me know why the dynamic tags aren’t working and what the fix is? Thanks

Yes, you can import the full demo content (including photos, layouts, and theme elements) when setting up the theme. However, please note:
Layouts, sections, and elements can be used freely on your website.

1. Is all features, widgets and animations in Archub theme included in Hub theme too
2. If a buy this theme, can I use a single license for my main website and staging website, because we always have a staging website to check updates and features before updating main websites in our client websites. Also all other premium theme owners provide this option.
3. Are all templates in Archub theme included in your templates library for this theme too. Because I like some inner pages in those demos as well. So we can easily mix and match to our needs.
4. Also I see Archub has a mobile menu builder, Is it available in this theme too or will it be available in near future.

I can confirm that updating the theme and plugins through Wordpress dashboard crashes the site when logged in – shame on the developers for still not addressing this properly.
For everyone having the same nightmare as those above, when logged into the site admin, disable ‘Enable optimise files’ under liquid > performance.
Please get this sorted developers!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The problem is caused by having two caching systems (the Hub’s optimizations and your other cache plugin) running at the same time, which can conflict.
To resolve this, please choose one caching method:
Prefer the Hub's optimizations? Deactivate your other cache plugin.
Prefer your other cache plugin? You can easily turn off the Hub's optimizations within your settings.
Once you’ve made this change, the issue should be resolved. If you’re still experiencing problems, please write back with your site’s WP Admin URL via our support system, and our support engineers will take a closer look for you.

Thanks for getting back. It’s an amazing theme, and I have several licenses – this has been my first issue with the theme in a couple of years.
I do think if’s worth putting some mention of this on the liquid dashboard page so that other users (and it seems from on here and Google searches for a fix that there are quite a few) can quickly resolve this issue following the recent update.

I have 5 licences for the Hub theme. The recent update has caused major issues. I updated from 5.0.7 to 5.0.8. It updated fine. Then asked me to update Hub Core and Hub Elementor add on, which I did. Not it’s again asking me to update theme to 5.0.8. The site shows critical error when I view it in admin mode. The footer and header templates are not getting set from the theme options.

The problem is that the update rename the hub theme folder in themes. i rename the hub theme to hub in themes folder and all are ok Pls fix the issue
