How can I permanently remove the popup message that appears when logging into the back office saying, “A new version of Hub is available”?
I’m especially asking because I’m using Hub with WPBakery, and you no longer provide updates for the WPBakery version.

Yes, HUB is fully compatible with both Elementor and WPBakery Page Builder. However, to avoid any conflicts or unexpected behavior, you should use only one page builder at a time.
If you would like to use WPBakery, please completely remove the Elementor plugin first. Then, install the HUB theme on a fresh WordPress installation and import one of the WPBakery demos.
This will ensure the theme functions correctly and provide the best experience with your chosen page builder.

Hey, I have this notifications in hub collection blocks: first is “enable flexbox container” which I did already earlier but it still ask to do so and the second: “Some templates (tabs and carousels) might require additional templates.” – it is linked to https://docs.liquid-themes.com/article/359-hub-elementor-hub-collection site which is not working. I am trying to upload some tabs and other blocks, but almost all have a message over them i.e “Required: E23, E138” How can I fix it to have access to all the blocks?

Hi,
I’m using the HUB theme with the built-in page builder to display a blog listing page. I’m having an issue with the excerpt displayed in the blog posts element — it’s being truncated even after trying every available solution.
What I’ve tried:
Set the excerpt length to 999 in the blog posts element settings Written a manual excerpt in the WordPress post editor (the “Excerpt” field) Added excerpt_length and the_excerpt filters in my child theme’s functions.php with priority 999 Added CSS to override -webkit-line-clamp on .lqd-lp-excerpt The problem: inspecting the HTML in the browser dev tools shows the text is already truncated server-side before it reaches the browser — the ”...” is in the HTML output itself, not applied via CSS. So the theme’s PHP function is overriding everything else.
What I need: show the full manual excerpt from the WordPress editor, without any automatic truncation.
Could you point me to the correct filter/hook used by HUB to generate the blog excerpt, or let me know if there’s a setting in the element I might have missed?

Hi, I have a problem with menu color. I am setting everything – main color, hover and active in Liquid Primary Menu style tab. Main is dark, avtive/hover pink. And on the preview everything looks good, but as I publish and check on page, whole menu is pink – both main and active/hover. Where else it can hold color settings, cause I don’t really know where else I should look or what to change
Forgot to add, that on the blog single post everything looks like it should

1. If everything is working correctly in both Editor Mode and Customizer Mode, and as you mentioned, it is also functioning properly on Single Post pages, then the issue is most likely related to caching.
Please clear all website and browser caches and check the result again. You can also perform a hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + F5. If the issue persists after clearing the cache, please submit a support ticket through our support system: https://liquidthemes.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

Hi, back to this issue I think I found what caused it. My primary menu consists of two types of links: Absolute anchor links for the homepage (formatted as /#section-name) so that they can successfully redirect users back to the homepage from inner pages. And link to a separate subpage. All custom links I have in menu are continuously highlighted in the active color simultaneously. However, if I remove the slash and use just #section-name, the menu highlighting works perfectly on the homepage, but the navigation breaks completely when a user is browsing from an inner subpage. Could you please provide a working fix or a custom CSS/JS snippet to ensure that absolute anchor links (/#section-name) display their standard, non-active color on the homepage, while maintaining dynamic active highlights only when scrolling to that specific section? To remove the development banner, you’ll need to switch the license mode to Production:
Log in to your site and go to Liquid > Activation.
Revoke your current license.
Re-register the license and choose the Production type (see attachments for reference).
The banner announcement only appears when the license is activated in Development mode.

You mentioned “Super Cache,” which could mean:
WP Super Cache
LiteSpeed Cache
WP Rocket
A hosting cache system (such as a server/CDN cache)
If you’re using WP Super Cache, you can usually stop automatic cache clearing by going to:
WordPress Admin → Settings → WP Super Cache → Advanced
Then look for options related to:
Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated
Automatic cache regeneration
Preload mode
Disable the option that’s automatically clearing/rebuilding the cache.
