Hey LiquidTheme!

I’ve purchased more than 5 licenses so far, in fact, I am basing all my works on your theme since I discovered about Hub. However, recently I found that the support has been really slow during the past 2-3 months. Most of my support tickets will not get a response until at least 2-3 days later. One of a bugs I reported still hasn’t received a reply even after 2 months…

If anyone is reading this comment (LiquidTheme or visitors), the theme is AMAZING and GREAT, the best on themeforest and I genuinely hope my concern about the speed of the support is temporary.

After using it for a few days, I found hub theme is really a particularly powerful and beautiful theme, and the theme’s copy is very colorful, I learned a lot of new English words, however, I have two suggestions, I hope the author can consider it 1, it is recommended to add a function to disable Google fonts with one click, because in China Google service is disabled, if you load Google fonts, it will make the theme load more slowly. 2. Suggest adding a custom translation feature inside the theme options, instead of using the plugin to translate.

May I ask why you removed the custom font selection area from the Primary Menu and Lquid Text elements? ( I want to Different font ) It was very useful and necessary for customization. In fact, after the first theme purchase, all the features in its content were the solution to our needs, but I think these features are removed in every update.

I’m guessing you’re a HUB WPBakery user. We had to scrap that functionality due to several reasons, one was PHP 8 compability, other one was preventing multiple different fonts to load on a page which was reducing the performance.

However, we’ll be happy to offer customization for you. Please submit a ticket and give the details where you want to have different fonts, we’ll write custom CSS targeting only that page.

bug : when we customize header, footer, or some content on this template will messy when open on mobile device. Also scroll for local link like #business is not working after we custom the content. Please fix it

One more question: Is it possible choose the menu? For example, in the theme #1 there’s an hamburger menu I don’t like, but in the theme #2 there’s another version I like, is it possible to choose any of the menu?

So, this is supposed to be an easy theme to use. Bought it, installed it on fresh install of WP. Installed plugins, chose my demo content and… nothing. It doesn’t install the demo content at all. No media, no pages, nothing. What a pain in the butt. Hoping the developer provides some support because I’m busy and this sucks.

All i get is this text, “Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)

I see that our help desk is already taking care, please follow there.

So, developer were of no help. Two days and I still can’t install demo content. Hosting says there are no errors on their side. No support here from developers of this theme. I’ve requested a refund and will find a more functional theme. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Hello, before buying the theme I have a question, on desktop the language select is very nice on the left side, what about on the mobile? When I observe your demo on mobile the language select is gone, I´m missing something? And what is the best plugin to make it multi language website? WPML? You can customize the mobile headers as you wish with HUB custom mobile builder.

Basically, you can use any translation plugin :)

bug: the svg logo cannot be displayed in the header after uploaded.

We also use SVG logo, furthermore many of the users are using too.

I have managed to check the responses on the ticket as far as I see you responded on Fri morning and got a response in the afternoon, and you have responded today in the morning after the weekend. Please note that customer support might take up to 1-2 business days.

Hello, Thanks for your time and giving your support, but it seems we have resolved it for now. We have just uninstalled the theme and reinstalled it. But this time we have not updated the child theme.
