I didnot purchase it, but was under Free offer on Themeforest. SO I cannot create the ticket withoiut the purchase id. I just checked, the font awsome are not showing

There is no activation key of those plugins. We purchase extended licencse of those plugin so that we can use on our theme. You don’t need any activation key to progress. For now you can develop your site without activation key. It will works fine.

Hey guys, after the download, unzip the first download, then in that you will see another zip folder, unzip that one as well and you will see the theme along with the child theme.

This file does not exist in any folder; builder.wordpress.sample.data.xml
You don’t need that.
Go to Appearance > Import Demo Data
That is all you need.
It happened also to me when I bought UMEA theme,,,, and is still not working,,,, but I have paid and nobody answer
After downloads unzip the file first. Then try to install imperial.zip

Install imperial.zip and activate it. Then install all the required plugins and active them. After that go to Appearance > Import Demo Data
Wait for a while and your site will be ready to customize.

Hello, we purchased this theme and we’re having some problems with the menu. We have a page called Projects, and three pages are linked to it, but when we click on the main page “Projects” on the menu it opens and closes the submenu but the link to “Projects” does not work and it doesn’t open a new page. I don’t know if I’m explaining myself right.
