Hi. I purchased 24h ago and completely followed instructions to install into fresh M2.3 site. Then theme broke admin and frontend. I submitted ticket (9842) but have no response… and now a day behind with work. Please look into this ticket because I cannot use a theme that does not have good support…. and I am worried that something so simple as an install has caused an issue before Ive even started. Environment checks all passed and its a new M 2.3 install. Thanks for your help

Now, we are using ajax autocomplete for search box. We will improve the performance this feature in further versions.
For ajax layered navigation, it is a module of our company. We don’t use Amasty extension. It is included in our theme package.
Hi, the theme is interesting, but I noticed a few problems on the demo link. Did you fix them already? Or are you willing to fix them and update the theme?
You are using old jQuery that has vulnerability issues, Page load is quite slow, rendering is very slow, DOM elements that need to be reduced, LazyLoad is not working properly, Javascript and CSS need to be minified and deferred.

The jQuery that we use need to depend on Magento version. You should not use other jQuery version because jQuery that Magento use is a custom jQuery. We built the theme basing on Magento theme default. Javascript, CSS are loaded asynchronous. It make the page load faster, although there are a lot of request.
Javascript and Css minification is a feature of Magento, You can use original file if you want.

1. Do you provide theme installation in the server for latest Magento Community Edition?
2. Does this theme support full width for all pages like” flipkart” using on their website? https://www.flipkart.com/
3. Does any plugin come with this theme for creating slides with text animation?
4. Does this theme compatible with Magento 2 CEDcommerce multi-vendor plugin? (Because CEDcommerce Multi-vendor plugin is the most suitable plugin for an Indian Multi-vendor website).
5. Does this theme have inbuilt Ajax Wishlist and Ajax Compare?
6. Does this theme have Daily Deals Countdown Timer?
7. What about the Google Rich Snippet, does this include?
8. Is there any option to add Logo on the sticky header?
9. I can see the Size Chart and Shipping Calculator on your demo, are these included with this theme?

1. Yes, we provide theme installation in the server for latest Magento Community Edition.
2. Hi, now, our theme support max width 1400px for page container. It is less 200px than flipkart.com. However, after you purchase our theme, you can contact our support team. Our developers will help you increase the container.
3. Our theme support slider/slideshow with some simple animations for text. However, we will update more effects in the further versions.
4. If CEDcommerce multi-vendor module compatible with Magento default theme, it will be compatible with our them, because Infinit theme were built basing on Magento theme standard.
5. Now, our theme does not support ajax for compare and wishlist feature. However, this is one of our plans for 2019. You can get this feature soon.
6. We support this for some design like Supermarket.
7. Now, you can use 3rd party module for Google Rich Snippet. Our team will discuss to develop this feature in further versions.
8. Because there is a lot of items in sticky header, we don’t display logo on sticky header to make it clearer.
9. Yes, our theme supports Size Chart and Shipping Calculator.
