Good theme with excellent supports.

So I'd like to first start off by saying: I've been using this theme for about 1.5 years now and have seen it grow and get better over time. This is not a paid endorsement and is my personal opinion on the overall product.

--BUGS: As with any product, there are always bugs. But how does Codazon handle them? With speed and professionalism. I've had some bugs crop up and they're quick to squash 'em which is important when you're running a business [store].
--CUSTOMER SUPPORT (10/10*): Excellent CS. They're willing to debug with you and are very professional while doing so. If your support is not expired, they will log on to your site and inspect for you. Otherwise, they will do the best they can.
--FEATURES (10/10*): TONS of features. I can't list them all! The page/widget builder is amazing - you can create custom pages and widgets with many elements like HTML/WYSIWYG (w/inc. templates for product list styles, blog list styles, countdown, etc.), image sliders, tabs, video frames and custom scripts. You can create a mega menu using rows/columns with tabs and HTML/WYSIWYG support (even the "mobile" menu can be a mega menu!). You also get a "Brands" feature, a "Lookbook" feature, One-Step checkout, custom product labels, AMP...I could keep going on and on - wish I could but there's no room here. --DOCUMENTATION (9/10*): Speaking of the documentation, it's very thorough and will help you figure out almost everything. Which is important with this many features.
--DESIGN QUALITY (10/10*): Many many designs included that are all very well polished and high quality (giving even more options!)
--SUMMARY (10/10*): Overall a fantastic product worth every penny. It 'is' a bit expensive, but you DO get a lot to love about the product which makes it worth it. Plus constant updates/fixes makes it even more worth it.

I've installed this theme on a few websites and I have to say that this is the most troubleless and rich featured theme it comes to mind. It's easy to install, no js and extension issues (ok I had some trouble with mazeplaza social but easy to fix) and it's totally customizable to the last font, color, size. It saves me a lot of time, up and running in hours. kudos.

I've worked with many theme for Magento, but I found this one incredibly versatile, feature packed, with lots of available layouts.

However, what stood out more than anything is the customer support. I have dealt with many theme developers, but I would like to congratulate codazon for extremely prompt, quick and helpful support. It is refreshing a theme developer can respond so quickly, do not solicit additional for payment for the tiniest issue, and go above and beyond.

We have had several themes from different providers since our inception of our Magento 2 eCommerce websites including Porto, Ves Unicraft, Codazon Fastest and now Codazon Infinit.

This Codazon Infinit theme and the support that the Codazon Infinit team provides is exceptional. None of the other themes offer anything even remotely close to what is provided in this theme. We are extremely happy with this theme and the ease of setting it all up. Most things are documented very well and where we have asked questions, the support team have been very willing and fast to respond with no-nonsense responses.

Their included menu and page builders are so easy to use and quick to setup, especially with their many templates supplied to copy data from.

Codazon Fastest was ok, but the Codazon Infinit theme is well and truly the best we have had.

We have absolutely no affilliation with Codazon and we are an actual trading web store based in Brisbane, Australia.
