I renewed my support however I am unable to log in to my account. I need help with the theme. If I can’t get logged in I would like my support renewal refunded.

A single license is valid only for one website. If you plan to use it for a new website, you will need a new license.

I upload the template to shopify and received the following message: zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”. What do I need to do?

It seems you’re trying to upload the entire zip that you downloaded to Shopify. But that’s a wrong procedure. Please follow these steps to install the theme to Shopify : - First of all please extract the zip file that you downloaded.

- Now search for the Upload-able zip file from the extracted file. It could be in the root folder of the extracted zip or in the “Packages” folder

- Upload the zip to Shopify.

I have purchased this theme 2 days back. There are around 150 products in my store and the shop page is returning “Liquid error: Memory limits exceeded”.

I even contacted the support yesterday, they asked for my credentials but after that I can not see any progress nor I am getting any replies from the support now. Can you guys do something about it?
