Hello, we did use the email you provided and still have yet to hear from your team. They requested that we provide access, so we sent administrative access credentials for the website. However, we have not heard back from them since. Today, there seems to be an automatic update to the elementor plugin that broke the elementor tools and the user’s capability to use editing features through elementor. It is giving an error with a path that leads to some AI related file, according to what it is displaying. Is anyone going to be able to assist?

That is actually false because I will send you image evidence that your team replied and we sent them a video of the website error and then your team replied again asking for access credentials which we sent. I do have evidence of this and I will send you a link with the image of the communication.
We had to debug the problem ourselves because your team was too slow to reply back after we sent a video of the error and credentials. Then a new problem was created after the most recent update so we had to reinstall the previous version because the new version had major, major errors when you edit with elementor. Now we can’t update the plugin until the problem is fixed or it will break the editing capabilities.
