How can I remove the “transition” of the images in the M Service Blocks?

I am using Style 2. Can I create a “Style 11” the removes it from the images because we like the transition on the image on “Our Services” page. https://smartbuildingtec.com/our-services/

I am having a problem with something showing in the background behind the page title when each page loads??

And I cannot see where the mobile dropdown menu is built. I have three different ones showing on different pages.

One with our double logo and no search bar, and one with just the search bar and no logo and one with no logo and no search bar showing.

Can you help??

New issue:  The homepage header isn’t showing up, even though I can see it when I log into WordPress.  Here is what I mean:

Hi, I’ve been trying to install the theme on WordPress, but when uploading it with Envato, I get the following error:

“Template Kit Install Error: There was an issue installing this template kit. Please try again.”

I’ve tried multiple times, but I keep getting the same issue.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I just purchased the Interiox wordpress theme. Impressed with its design, I followed all directions although, the one click demo importer is not working. Once it found an error. The second time it created just simply scattered data. This was one of the main reasons that I purchased this theme due to it’s ease with the one click demo importer.

Currently, this is what it has created:
