First of all Thank you for great work which I was looking for but little things need to be completed in the next update or for customisation charges you can let me know in the email.
1- paid membership or post boosting option for users.
2- authors badges
3- quiz adding options if it’s not supporting any quiz related plugin so.
4- shop Slider above the posts in homepage or product link showing thumbnail in the article instead of simple link or even same in the bottom as related articles option there to add shop list.

Go to your download page: https://themeforest.net/downloads and click the Download button and select “All files & documentation”, unzip the original zip and there you’ll find the /documentation folder (open index.html in the browser and you’ll see the Documentation), please read it for a proper configuration of the theme and plugins.
Does the theme work well with Gutenberg? I’m not interested in using another page builder like Elementor for example.

The theme doesn’t advertise any page builder, but you can use any of them for your default pages/article pages as with any theme.
I am interested in buying the theme. I want to use it so that anyone who signs up can create a claim against any company for poor customer service. Before buying it, I would like to know if I can create fields in the form that the person fills out and if that field is reflected in the post.

1. At the moment, there are no plans, but if it will be more requests on this, definitely. For a 5 columns theme, you can take a look at my other themes Qenews, Qefood, KICKCUBE, Pin, etc.
2. Most of my customers are asking for “more content” in smaller devices, and the 2 columns in smaller devices are the most requested, so that’s why in most of my themes if I’m using masonry/grid you’ll see 2 column styles.
Also, the columns will change based on the device. If you test it on old smaller devices, iPhone 4, etc, you’ll see only one, and on bigger devices, you’ll see 2. So the answer to your question, there are no plans to change it. But if this is important for you, I’m available for custom work, so just let me know, thank you.

2. Customize > Theme Options > (Header) Settings and just add your link where you have the submission page or change the button text and add any link, up to you.

is it RTL compatible?

The theme does not come with RTL support and has not been tested with any RTL plugins, although I have not heard of any issues with people implementing RTL plugins or modifying my theme/s on their own.
There are websites that you’ll just copy/paste the theme style and will change it for you, like this one https://cssjanus.github.io/
So with some small changes or the help of RTL plugins, any theme can be converted to RTL.

Not a theme option, as per the demo, otherwise it will be mentioned and visible in the demo, you can take a look at my other theme KICKCUBE (Pricing page, premium posts, etc).

Nothing it’s mentioned about charging for a post, either in the demo or item description. If you take a look at the demo/s or test the demo/s, you’ll see that the user / your users have the possibility to add posts with an external link, affiliate link, blog posts link, etc. Beyond that, will require custom work or a plugin with the functionality you are looking for.
Generally speaking, if it’s not in the demo then it’s not in the theme. Or if you need that kind of option, I’m available for custom work.

In the support ticket, you mentioned “text box widget”. The Text widget, it’s a default widget and should works even if the theme doesn’t work, not the case here. You can give me your WordPress access and I’ll take a look at it.

There will not be enough space to add a “normal” logo, that’s why it’s disabled, you have it the responsive menu, as mentioned. If you’ll use a smaller logo as per the demo, yes, can be enabled.
