Is this compatible with elementor/pro builder?
This is over 18 hours and no response yet to my very simple query. Is this how you guys operate?

It looks nice but it looks very slow to scroll and load, what is the cause and can it be fixed before i purchase ?

we are so sorry that you didn’t get your support in our theme. you can change logo—Apperence-customize-header setting -logo upload – it will change.if you can not do that . then please give your wp admin access we will solved your problem as soon as possible.
