Hello! I am trying to modify the theme font in “Typography options”, but I cannot find the font that I want. The font that I want is “Plus Jakarta Sans”, I can find it in google fonts, but in the list of fonts on your theme it is not present.

What is the current version of this Theme? The “last updated” date on the item page here at Themeforest says it was updated on 11/4/25, but the changelog says otherwise.

We are already providing slider backup files with our theme. You just need to import it in Revolution Slider plugin.
Just connect your server via SFTP (of any file manager) and go to wp-content/themes/itinc/setup/sliders folder. Here are all the slider backup files. Just import it in Revolution Slider plugin. Here are steps:https://www.sliderrevolution.com/documentation/new-module-creation/#import-zip

[Advanced Custom Fields] Hello, this is not the first time this has happened to me but I can no longer see the customization of the theme wp-admin/customize.php The last time it happened to me, I had to wait for the theme update to fix it… Is it due to the Advanced Custom Fields plugin? Because when I deactivate it, I can see the extension part display normally (except the customization of the theme). what should be done ? wait for a new update? Thanks

The Kirki plugin just released their new version v4.0.3 which has so many bugs. The bug effects our all theme. So we suggest you to revert back to the older version. The steps are very easy and it just takes 1 minute to solve the issue. We created video for the steps. Please see this video:

It leads to an image without SSL. Please update your theme with the corresponding https link or better extract the related image to the users wordpress site instead of to a path to your site:

Our server is already providing HTTPS support. But our demo had included HTTP path. We keep this so you can download and upload on your server so you are not depended on our server.
You can download the “pattern-new-01-1.png” file from our server and upload on your server and set it again. This will load all images from your site directly.

Dear team, the corresponding file comes from an automaticly created file and is recreated every time (within that http-link) from the following path:
wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/post-306.css
how can i change the related picture to my own uploaded path? The “post-306.css” is created automaticly new every time.

This file is generated by Elementor plugin. Just edit the page and change the background image and it will be done. The CSS file will be generated automatically.

How do you get rid of the green curvy wave at the bottom left corner of the homepage 5 in the footer?

For the color of the theme, yes it’s very easy. We are providing color picker for global color. Just go to Dashboard >> ITInc Options panel and than go to ITInc Options >> General Options and you can see “Global Color” option. Just change this color and it will be applied globally.
For the green curvy wave bottom image, we can hide it using custom CSS code. Here is the CSS code:
footer.site-footer.thsn-footer-widget-yes:after{
display: none !important;
}
Just paste this CSS code in Dashboard >> ITInc Options >> Additional CSS box and save it. This will remove the curve image.
