Hello.
On our site (https://doktorhaus.ch/) we are currently using a video as background with a link from Youtube. From time to time the video stops and the Youtube logo appears. This does not look very professional. Is there a way to play the video directly from the server (media)?
Would be grateful for a tip!

As you can see the right column is in the typical wordpress blog style and not in the “jack” style. Same look at the posts.
How can I change this?

Hi,
as I can see posts style are the same as in our preview. Some widgets are not added in sidebar and that’s the only difference. You can add them from Appearance->Widgets.

HI all, i download the theme and i folllow the instruction to upload the theme on wordpress. I complete the procedure but i’ve not the demo website as i see in the preview before buy the theme.
How can i do? i need support to fix this problem. the demo file isnt possibile to upload because there is some error in the file.

I have installed the theme, Jack and the Jack child theme. Then when i go to import the demo data, it doesnt work. I can see that it has imported the pages, but when i go to the home page i just see a basic website with blank photos.

I followed the procedure and installed the theme, activated the theme and plugins but in appearence doesn’t shows the Import demo data button, so I can’t import anything and my theme is empty. Hi, I’ve installed the theme and used import data, but only pages were created – photos were not added, so its very difficult to achieve the desired look of the theme. Can you guide me how to import the ‘whole’ demo data? Pictures and data? Thanks

Only one thing, as you know following the Envato rules all themes here on Themeforest are sold without images, they are for preview only. Themes with included images simply are not allowed to marketplace. Well all the authors replace images with image holders for easiest work with them. Well you just need to replace the image holders with your own images. But small trick here, we can’t include images in theme package but you can download them from our preview.

As I understand that’s your custom elements. Well you can do so from CSS only. Just little debugged your website and saw that each your image have little space from top and bottom. You need to reduce this space.

I recently purchased the Jack template and I”m having problems with the demo import. My theme did not come with the demo import module. (it did not appear in the “Appearance” menu after theme activation. I tried to import manually by using the “One Click Demo” import plugin an the xml file, but I got an error message.
Please advise.
I’m still waiting for a reply to my first inquiry, but in the meantime I have another questions. The Open Table widget does not seem to be responsive. Is this how it really is, or was this another glitch in the install files?

Hi, I am sorry to disturbing you, but I have a trouble with favicon. In my installed version is not any option to upload favicon via General Settings as it is in documentation. Also logo I had to upload via Header, not General Settings as it is in documentation. Can you help me please? Thank you Jan
