where will I find the “Video Tutorial for Setting Up as Demo Site” So that I can build the website up from the theme. with my own content.

I see this template is compatible with WP6.5.X. I tried installing it with a newer version (6.7) and failed. Is there any chanche the template will be updated so that it’s compatible with newer WP-versions?
