I have also trying for hours to locate where the popup modeal and control is and please dont ask me to go to https://wpbingo.ticksy.com/ because before writing this comment i already tried to submit a ticket but you have to fix your ticketing system when user go to your https://wpbingo.ticksy.com/ the site ask to select product catagory and there is a long list which i couldnt find Keny theme and there is not option to write and search the list
