It is a great Theme indeed. I saw the Opencart and Prestashop both version. Opencart and Prestashop both are new to me. But I found few difference between these two version. The Prestashop version is quite OK. But in Opencart Demo I found some glitches. In the Product hover feature “Add to Cart” floating button is not placed at the middle like prestashop. Moreover Discount value was not placed as well. In the lower section, prestashop has latest, bestseller and special row whereas in Opencart there is only Latest and Bestseller. If these are only few flaw in Demo page then OK and I am going to buy it. But please let me know whether the Opencart version is as it is in Demo or not.

The design is identical to both frameworks, If you look at the demo now, you will not see any difference.
