kirin-ng project is failing, for angular 9.0.5 and 9.1.1.

Angular dev environments on different machines (9.0.5 and 9.1.1) up and working for other apps and for native ‘ng new’. No errors, deficiencies, or issues with any except kirin-ng.

Suggestions needed.
