For whatever reason my hosting stuff wasn't working and I contacted the hosting company and the developer of the theme. We tried to import the demo data but it wouldn't work for some reason. The developer kindly manually fixed the problem by installing the demo data by hand and I really appreciate this because otherwise I would have had to started from scrach. I'm very happy with this theme. It is well made and has excellent support.

I was impressed with the quality of support provided by the author. Quick, precise and friendly. The theme and plugins work fine. It was a challenge to change the primary (default, blue) color to our brand because there is no centralised setting for this, but by adding some extra CSS code it was fixed, no problem :) With this theme and for that many you get really a lot, a really powerful tool.

too many different areas to go to in order to customize same thing sometimes, very confusing

I have designed quite a few websites in wordpress, and have used many different themes. The Knowledge Desk theme created by Mahbub is amazing. Works great and the support from Mahbub is top notch. He is always ready to help. Best support I have had.

Awesome theme. Perfectly recommended for a knowledge based site or even for a regular blog site where you have tonnes of posts.
