The Purchase code is not working. Even the support link is not creating a ticket as I can see in my email. No email received. Can you check? In case your server is down and that is the root cause, will it happen in future that my website will go down? Not sure, just asking But now it is pretty urgent to make the website up and running which is not working

Hi, I was about to purchase the theme but i have some concerns. the theme’s WordPress version is 5.5 and last updated 8 June 2021 (more than a year). PHP version 7.4 was released in June 2021. I want to ask is it compatible with WordPress 6.0? why you haven’t updated the theme? do we get support in case of any compatibility issue?

Hi, I’m a job provider here and Envato and just installed your theme, the blog section is working fins but it seems there’s a problem with Elementor because when I try to see the Homepage and many other pages I get an error that says “Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Elementor\Scheme_Typography’ not found in… plugins/koncpt-core/includes/elementor/common/btn_controls.php on line 95”

Demo data does not load and from a Customer Service perspective Nikunj is very unresponsive. ‘24/7 support’ is misleading at best. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this theme, especially if you are expecting to get up and running quickly. I have provided wp-admin access, error logs and I’m still awaiting an update and resolution. There are no instructions how to manually import demo data. Once the theme is loaded the nice preview pages you see on Themeforest take you to a spam advertising page. Caveat Emptor.

As per our concurrent support conversation, I have already provided you with the error log below which shows the one-click import does not work. Your documentation indicates that a manual import should be possible, but this process is not documented anywhere. Please advise how to complete this step.

Your solution is to provide WP-Admin access, I did and waited for 4+ hours without any response. I note the domain that the demo data preview references ‘expired on 2021-04-11 13:34:41’ perhaps that is the reason why your data won’t load?
Finally got Yash on a Skype call and he resolved all issues in 30 mins. Thanks.
