Before buying I have checked other moodle themes but I preferred buying Lambda because it was oldest and continuously updating, trusted and reviewed by many clients.

I am new to moodle so I asked lots of basic queries. I am very satisfied with the support team, they reply in detail and I found them very patient.

I've been involved with websites and online business, on and off, for almost 25 years. I've built large websites, and small ones. And I've used a wide range of products, platforms and themes. The reason I am taking my time to write this is that I am blown away by the great support that I have gotten from RedPiThemes!

In all my online experience I've had a wide range of support experiences. But so far, in my first week, RedPi support has been as good as I have ever experienced. It has been timely. It has been accurate and easy to follow. And it has had the right amount of detail - not leaving me needing more or buried in too much detail. A very rare combo.

It is also probably obvious that their Moodle theme is great in many other ways. But I'd also like to comment on their amazing documentation. It provides tons of examples for someone like me - who is not a developer but is more than capable of using and modifying some code. With their examples, and support, I have more than enough help to build whatever I want within their theme.

I also love that you can download their Moodle Frontpage as a starting point - which saved me many hours of effort and searching and exploring. And once I started customizing it, and testing the theme out at different screen sizes, I am thrilled with how flexible and responsive it is.
