It works now but when i click on the accordion 1 it will opened then i click on the accordion 2 it opens but the accordion 1 will not close automatically

As per https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard you can use one purchase code in one domain/installation only.

As the error suggests this default wordpress function might be blcoked by your hosting. Please open a support ticket with your site and hosting access and our team will check and try to help.

Dear you have imported Leap demos on 2 websites on 16th and 19th march and saying importer didn’t work! I could have mentioned your site urls here but due to privacy didn’t. Informed Envato about license usage on 2 domains. Kindly remove additional license from either alma or now site or consider buying another license if you plan to use on both domain. Kindly consider replacing the review you have placed with a true one.
Because it would be terrible to have to enter all existing and future articles manually into Elementor to get a good style.

Our team replied to your ticket, so you may opt not to write at both place. It’s difficult for us to write same thing here and in ticket. Single posts are editable from Elementor. From there one can make any design imaginable. So you’re not limited to our provided designs.
Also one license can be used in one domain/ installation only ( https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard) . For additional domains, you need additional license. One staging and one live concept won’t work. In live domain one can easily use maintenance plugin / coming soon plugin and keep working at backend. Themeforest encouraged all developers to implement this to protect from license usage.
Please check again the ticket, I replied. Removed the installation on other domain, I install it for testing purpose only.
I am trying to re-register this theme and it will not allow me to do so. I get an error saying “The Purchase Code Is Already Being Used On Another Domain.” – However, the domain name has never changed. We have only deleted the theme and the database and tried to reinstall. How can we go about deactivating our purchase code and re-registering the theme?
I can see you activated on two wpengine staging site (which are not available now) hence it promoted that notification. I have reset your license, so you can try to activate on another domain. Please note, that in WP engine you may face problem as they block Wordpress hosted plugin Unyson. We have mentioned it in Theme FAQ section also. If possible please use https://wordpress.org/hosting .
Is there a work around for WP Engine? This theme will not allow me to import demo content when hosting with WP Engine.
Can I unregistered domain and use another domain? Please help.

We have replied to your tickets few times and asked to delete Leap from domains you have used and confirm us and then we’ll reset license for you. In life time, you can ask for license reset ONLY ONCE. We know where you had registered Leap. Please delete leap from those domains and then open a support ticket and we’ll reset license. Then you can use on another domain.
Can I use video on home page top? is there any plugin used for slider to check if that support video?
You can use any third party slider plugin if you wish. Slider plugin is not included with the theme as when we released the theme our main aim was to offer buyers fast theme where demo designs load fast too. If you check, you’ll find that our demos score high 90s in Google page speed test. When you use slider plugin they clutter your installation with many js which 99% time you don’t use but they stay within your site and slows down the site. This is the primary reason why we didn’t use any slider on banner.
I tested and love it. I dont need a slider i need to create a video background but i think i can edit and achieve with elementor, All demos are made with elementor right? thanks in advance.
Yes all demos were made with Elementor (free version). You may refer to theme documentation https://leap.wpthemedemos.com/docs/ . Header builder might not work with Elementor pro as it might conflict with their in-built builder.
The Header builder works with elementor free?, i need a really simple header like this one. https://zeotechnology.com/ I will build the rest using elementor, but i need a theme like yours that does not load stuff i will not use. Thanks in advance.
Yes footer and header builder would work with Elementor Free version. We made Leap as light as possible. It doesn’t load unnecessary component which are not required for that page.
Hi again and thanks, one last question i need to work in a localhost to finish the site and then replace the site where it will live. So can i register the theme to domain.local and then change it to domain.com? or i will have problems with my license? Thanks in advance. Just purchased a license.
I registered the local domain, and tried to import demo site, but i cant, i get ””Sorry, You Are Not Allowed to Access This Page” and also in install plugins i get “Sorry, You Are Not Allowed to Access This Page” some times not always, is this because im working on a localhost domain? I have checked files permissions and they seem to be fine , thanks in advance.
Kindly check FAQ section of https://leap.wpthemedemos.com/landing/. As localhost is not a valid domain so license can’t used and hence emo import can’t be done on Localhost or over an in-secured ip.
I always do that with my webs (i use domain.local for example) , this is the first theme that cant to work on a localhost, for me its better and then i can replace the site online, otherwise i will need to leave the “under construction” on a site for a long time… I dont use localhost as that, i use testdomain.local (just as example)
1) Ok, What if i create the new site in mydomain.com/beta/ before moving everything to mydomain.com/ (root) can i register the theme to mydomain.com? is that valid???
2) In this moment (and you can check) i just used the purchase code in http://perfilaluminio.local/ . Would my purchase code is invalid now?, how can i use it in the real domain… didnt know it wasnt valid to test in local
3) After enabled WP-debug a lot of errors came on the theme, are they normal? ,

You can develop the site on any sub domain of your site or production site and still register it on main domain when you’re done with development. Please ask any support related question from https://wpthemedemos.com/open-support-ticket.html . In our tested demos there is no dubug errors otherwise themeforest would never approve a theme with debug error. We would love to see your site once we receive a support ticket from you. Please include your site url and temporary access.
I cant now because i registered http://perfilaluminio.local/ (local domain) and now i cant install this in the real domain, Can you help me with this so i can install in the real domain, you can check i will only use this in one domain, but i make the mistake of registering this in the local domain to work but it was useless, Thanks in advance.

I just submitted a ticket, I can’t get the header or navigation to show on posts. Any thoughts? I selected the custom header from the drop down menu. I can get the footer to show but not any header.
