Hi I tried to setup this theme as per the documentation. When I run npm install in admin directory of this project, it’s not able to build. I am getting a lot of errors. Can you please help

i have some questions.
1. it only for wordpress? this themefroest is typically sell wordpress templates, so i just worried it can only used wordpress. cause i will use this template for others.. 2. it can be used on next.js? i will used this template on next.js 12.x version and this is with react 18.x version. this tempalte can be work successfully on next.js? 3. i wonder what version of react support this template?

1. No it’s not a WordPress theme. 2. We didn’t provide next.js support in this template. You can add next.js from your end. 3. React 18.2.0 version is supported.
