demo broken!
Stampready is basically a scam. You can’t export with free subscription. This should be made clear up front. If you are advertising this as access to email builder.. i can build but i can’t use what i build.. that’s nonsense
I purchased this template but do I need to purchase a stampready subscription too?
I would like to use stampready without purchasing the subscription. Does Stampready not have the ability in free version to edit a template and upload to mailchimp?
Export option is not available for free users in stampready

I can’t find psd file in the package
PSD file is not included in the pack.
But in description in “ThemeForest Files Included” section stated that Layered PSD included. Looks like a dishonest marketing.
We have included psd in the pack. But email templates are our main product. While recent update, we have removed psd. We have clearly mentioned the list of included files in the description also. But we missed to update this in “ThemeForest Files Included” field. Now we have removed it.

We have included the a Raw HTML file in the pack. Email marketing platforms almost support raw html files.
If Sendy supports raw html file, then you can use our template.
Yes but then someone who know HTML has to transfer it to sendy. It would be great if it would be connected that a non-coder can just build the template and send it.

Most of Email Clients Not supported Embed Videos. Using a play button on top of a static image is the easiest way to link to video content hosted on sites like YouTube or Vimeo.
Our templates supports static images only.

I have a question before i buy it: can i have a full-width header? Unfortunately the design requires a full-width header and a boxed content area, but i can`t figure out in the Demo if a full-width header is possible.
