Can’t add my Item Purchase Code because the page doesn’t seem to render properly. I’ve just installed a clean WP install – version 6.4.3 – and all seems ok, except the Them Options page isn’t rendering properly, thus doesn’t save the Item Purchase Code when I paste it in.

Hi I bought this theme many yrs ago on a different account. I do still have the purchase code as proof. I am having trouble with the styling options as the logo is no longer showing and also I cannot remove or edit it. It is frozen in the menu.

My client have purchased this theme. I am facing 2 errors.
1) How do I update this theme as there is no UPDATE BUTTON in Dashboard neither in Theme Options. I can not download and update manually because my client dont remember the ID that he used to purchase this theme. But he has the License.

If your client has a license, it is easy. Push the button update on wp dashboard. It shows automatically. Or manual download the latest version

Hello. I have sent 2 emails and have not received a response and I’m within my support window. I’m having an issue that the theme is not showing properly on Google Chrome (I keep getting indentations / paddings on the pages) but it shows perfectly fine on Safari and Firefox. Please help.

We are currently building a website on WordPress using LOFT theme and we are facing difficulties with the following:
On Portfolio we have added two buttons Previous and Next but when you press any of these two buttons the portfolio item shown is incorrect:
Image on top shows a different project and in the centre there is some dummy text
We kindly request if you can fix the functionality of the Previous and Next buttons in the Portfolio

Parts of our site especially the portfolio pages are getting flagged by google mobile friendly test. After deactivating plugins it looks like the “Loft Shortcodes” plugin is causing the issue. Google renders the page as broken. You can run this test again your own theme portfolio pages with shortcodes: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly
Resolved this issue, it appears to be related to a robots.txt limit on google hitting the site.
