I updated the theme on my wordpress installation, but it didn’t copy my older settings. Lost all color settings, etc.
When I change that settings and save, the settings do not change. After refreshing in the dashboard the settings are back to default.
Had this problems before.
can you please update the theme so I can modify it and the modifications stay????
I use a plugin called backupbuddy to backup my files. Tried going back to previous version of the theme but all my settings are terminally lost.

The mobile menu appears to only support two levels of menu option hierarchy by default. I have a main menu with four levels of menu item hierarchy but it appears flattened down to only two levels in mobile responsive mode. Is this default behaviour for the Lookz template? I have reported this to your support people but so far just a standard response asking for login details. Can you please just tell me if this is default behaviour for the menu. If so, is there a fix for the problem please?

the live demo of the wordpress shopping theme Lookz makes use of Googles font Lato. Unfortunately it’s not possible to select this font in the settings of the purchased theme. There are several fonts to select but even Lato is missing.
