1. How to make Mode as Dark instead of Light by default? 2. How to make the skin color of the web default of user’s choice? 3. Once a user selects Mode as Dark and skin of the web page as his/her choice then these settings should be set for that user.

The Solution I received over email is not solving the problem.
1. I want to make Dark as the default theme for any login. 2. Also how to fix any mode as permanent mode for any particular login so that after every login the user gets the last opted Mode.

Have you tried below for Point #1 as mentioned in the email: - To set dark mode default, Please find setModeFromSession() and set mode = “dark” on line number 65.
For the 2nd Point: - you will need to connect the Template with the database and set the user preferences to the same. As Lucid .NET is a design template, there is no User Database connection available.
Please share a screenshot of the changes made with the filename on the email thread if Point #1 still does not work for you.

It’s quite nice, certainly a nice clean look to it, and I am interested however I see a few issues, would appreciate your feedback.
Why oh why do these demo dashboards never have sortable columns.
It is essential that columns can be sorted, for example on the Date field, or Name field etc etc. For example the Ecommerce dashboard demo, the recent transactions table. Every column should be sortable. Is this possible ?
It is just pointless for a business not to be able to sort transactions into the order they require. If you add this it will make for a much better and more viable product.
The menu does not operate very well at all. Selecting an item can either show correctly or scroll off the page. It just seems to jump around as it feels like. Check 1366×768 many people still us this resolution.
The menu is also very hard to read with those images behind it. I assume one can just not have an image, but is it also possible to highlight the current menu item ?

The tables on the dashboard are just examples, you can use the jQuery datable to have sortable columns and event the pagination, search, number of rows per page and many other functionalities. The example is already added to http://lucid.thememakker.net/Table/JQuery page, please take a look.
If you need us to guide you in replacing the tables with Datatables, our support team can help you with the same.
For the menu, As there is a limitation of Height on the 1366×768 screen, it is visible like that. It scrolls as there is no scroll memory in the web for the newly loaded page and it resets the scroll on the smaller screen. But for the majority of the screens, these settings will look perfect, please check on recent desktop and Laptop monitors or any other small screen devices like tablets or Mobile phones.
If you need alteration into behaviour, we can give you the option to keep the menu collapsed all the time and expands only when the user clicks on any parent menu item.
We couldn’t get your point to Image into the menu background. Can you please explain what issue you are facing there?

Hello, thank you for that theme, great work! 2 questions for you: 1-If I want to use one or more widget in my page, should i use the entire css files you provide, or do you have some type of documentation to describe the css and js needed for each component 2-i am interested in RTL, Arabic support. as you mentioned in last comment it is not supporting RTL for now. any idea when? if i buy the EN one and you later released the RTL support, will it be a new theme we need to buy? or it will be an update for that one thanks

For the widgets, we are having common styles for that, so there is no need for alteration of css even if you want to use just one widget.
For RTL, we do not have plan for RTL version for now. But, we can provide you styles for RTL and guide for the same within 3 weeks of your purchase as custom development services at some additional cost if you need it early.

Looks interesting. I have 2 questions, please.
1. What is the data source format? Are you expecting users to provide data in SQL, JSON, XML or other source format? 2. Some templates on themeforest are difficult to update when a new release is provided. What is your approach to make the upgrade process easy e.g. do you have editable and non-editable sections of your template? As, bear in mind, users will always be hacking the template to suit their implementation, right?

For Point #1: As this is the design template, integrated into ASP .NET, there is no specific data source. For now, we are providing data to chart using JSON in JS files, which are accepted by the chart libraries. It can be anything (JSON from APIs or Data from SQL) for you as per your preferences.
For Point #2: We are providing updates mostly for the New elements, you just need to replace older style sheets with new one and it will work. This method works even for any updates on existing elements. When we provide updates for any updated version of bootstrap, It will need some changes in classes as well. Which are unfortunately not in our control. But, expect very few breaking changes from us.
